Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review to the Humble One S. For the price I paid, I expected at least flawless operation, but instead, the lamp inexplicably turns off on its own. It is also not compatible with the Philips Hue motion sensor, which was the main reason I purchased it. As a result, for now, it’s just a nice but useless decorative piece.

Received a Humble Bug for Christmas and loved it. However, it has started to light up or dim on its own, so it is faulty, and the retailer (Amara) is being difficult, asking if its the bulb or the wiring. How would I know? The bulb is encased and any wiring is inside the unit because it's rechargeable, which is the whole point. I really want it fixed or replaced, but am getting nowhere fast, which is a shame because I really liked it and would have given more stars if not for this.

Nice design, but way too expensive. Plastic instead of glass feels and looks cheap.For turning on or off you can't simply touch the top (much cheaper lamps are able for that) but you have to turn the lamp and press a button underneath. Not worth 149€

Ordered two table lamps, the clear plastic lamp shade on one of them was rather hazy, so contacted them for a replacement. No problem, sent out right away, of course at no extra cost.

Fast delivery, easy to order. Great light. Easy to secure to wall and easy to use. Nice soft light. Great battery life. Wish there were more designs to choose from for the walls if I had one suggestion.

Liking this new Firefly! Smaller than the photos show, but thats ok, as it´s still super cute and cozy.

The lamp "Two" itself is made from high quality materials and exceptional design. The first lamp delivered did not work. It couldn't be charged even with different chargers/cables. I was a bit depressed, the support contact gave quick help via e-mail with an FAQ, but on the end I had to return the lamp for repair. The return process was easy and the support responded quickly and send the lamp back. I've got even a remote for it as a little present in exchange for my patience.
Now happy using the lamp on our balcony, hope next vacations I can take it via the case also to Spain or Albania to have always cosy light with me instead of ugly led lights there. Uprated my review from 2 to 5 stars after my editing. In meantime I saw different humble light also in a new opened luxury bar in Munich at the Stachus, what made me happy to see quality on humble products are the same as on my lamp.

The light build doesn't work in my humble one although the battery is fully charged. Very disappointing!

Although not cheap, I bought Humble One Smart and integrated it perfectly in my Philips Hue environment. Adding Philips Hie Switches can be tricky since almost instantly they connect to the Humble but this can be corrected easily, just a small drawback (even if the Humble is not in pairing mode. And finally, it matches my interior (black wood).

Problems with our humble two were solved by Humble, without costs, by sending us an adapter that suits the lamp better.

We order two lamps. We had to send back one because of defect.
The order and return process is well organized. Now we are waiting for for the replacement. Products need to be tested before leaving factory. In these days it is an unnecessary return that is waisting time, cost and reputation on both sites.

Bought two of the marble and gold, Humble Ones (and a remote control). Shipping was fast, packaging was great and the items were perfect.

These are really beautiful little lights, and their long run time and easy charging make them so handy to use all around the home and garden. Highly recommended!
