We moved to Humble Fax in June of last year. So far it has been easy to use and everything is working as it should. Being able to go back and search for faxes sent or received by date and fax number has been very helpful.

We are inundated with spam faxes
Our inbox is inundated with spam faxes. Humblefax seems to have no mechanism to filter these marketers or, more likely, scam senders. Marking numbers as "spam" is ineffective since the scammers seem to never scam from the same number twice.

Spam faxes unfortunately do occur sometimes. Best way to handle it is to go to your dashboard, received faxes, click the fax, go to fax details and click the "mark as spam" button. Future faxes from that phone number will subsequently be blocked. Please note that if they use a different number each time the spam filter will not work.
At the top of the spam filter page is another toggle to block all faxes that do not have caller ids. Use this with caution as it can inadvertently block legitimate faxes if the sender does not provide a caller id number.
Edited Reply: We also have tools in the "other settings" area of the spam filter to utilize call identity screening.
Last resort - we can always provide a different number.
