I like that they have reasonable prices for replacement parts if you're not on warranty. Our chairs have lasted years because of this.

Great priduct support
Great support for a product I purchased 19 years ago at a retail store. They were quickly able to identify the replacement part that I needed, provide some choices to select from, and provided instructions on how to replace the part.

Bringing Life BackTo A Great Chair
First off I have to say the arms to the chair should have lasted a bit longer than they did. With that said, replacing the arms was a pleasant experience. The chair is back to its original beauty and comfort.

Great customer service. Mike was friendly, helpful and followed up as promised. I had ordered the wrong arm pads and it was super easy to make the return and get direction to reorder correctly.
