I've used a lot of different systems in my time: most recently Charlie HR and Bamboo. Humaans blows them out of the water in terms of simplicity. As a tech startup founder I don't have time to faff about with a tricky and demanding system and Humaans does exactly what we need smoothly and elegantly.

The implementation and data migration process was done in literally an afternoon, the product is really fast and the user experience glorious.
They have plenty of nice touches and automations like expiring dates for passport/visa and the probation ending reminders, and the analytics view is saving us a lot of time and money. They are also launching new features constantly, and sending updates contextualising the problems they’re solving and why, keeping us in the loop to ensure our feedback is actioned. It feels great to see how much they care.
