Fraudsters and Scammers....I purchased a set of 6 at £139 and paid express delivery £9.99. Faries arrived a couple of days ago, very tiny and not as advertised. Through, reading the reviews on Trustpilot and the BBC article I can see I have been scammed, feel such a fool. Very angry in myself. I am usually so careful.
I have had email correspondence from three different people grom Humliony. I have asked for return address so I can send this cr@p back. Offered me 15% off and stated it will cost me £20 to send back. I have made it very clear to them that I do not want to keep these dreadful excuses for faeries. I feel very sorry for the UK sculpture who made the originals, they are beautiful sculptures and his work sells for thousands....has anyone managed to get a refund when they paid using a credit card?
Do not buy....you won't know whether yo laugh or cry!

I am adding my utter disgust in this company. There’s no information anywhere on the internet about this company and so far no response to my email request for a refund
What an absolutely atrocious product that I fell for. I was expecting beautiful garden decorations so ordered the full set of them all. So far I haven’t even been able to connect the ruddy sticks to stand the things on, let alone found out how to attach the blooming fairy to it
What a joke. Someone needs to stop these people now before they fly off into the sunset on the jet we have paid for 🤬

Totally agree with the rest of the reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! Total crap arrived. Nothing like the pictures. They’ve stolen those pictures from somewhere, but the items received are just flat bits of metal that are tiny and don’t even stay together indoors. They’ve no chance out in a garden! I’m in dispute with them now. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I have a chance of getting my money back. You know what they say “if it looks too good to be true, it is!” Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered, but too late now. Please be aware, it’s a total scam.

I ordered two dandelion fairies, when they arrived I couldn’t believe they were supposed to be the same as in the pictures.I was so disappointed and to make matters worse I couldn’t get a refund for them. A good expensive learning curve. Be warned !!!!

I sent away for fairy with dandelion absolutely rubbish falls apart very flimsy not what I though I ordered they should be made to go out of business it cost me ,£31 plus post there was no return address or anything to get a refund please take them off sites it's a scam disgusting ..brenda stockdzle

Just received my order of dancing fairy total peice of Shxx. nothing like the picture , just a peice of mass produced garbage and not what is shown in the advertising pictures

Just received my order for Dancing Dandelion, absolute rubbish nothing like the pictures, thin metal and fairy is flat , tried putting it together and the rods keep falling apart, it’s sooo flimsy i don’t think it would stand up .
Really disappointed as I ordered this on behalf of my 85 year old mum who will be so disappointed, she had brought it with her birthday money so I hope we can get a full refund .

Absolutely awful. Ordered what I thought was quite a big garden feature. Arrived and it was TINY. I paid $29.99 + $6.99. Dont buy anything as you'll be disappointed. To me its false advertising.

DON'T be taken in by this company. What a joke! The product I received was nothing like the picture shown on their advert. They're ripping everyone off and laughing all the way to the bank. I'm so annoyed with myself for falling for it.

Rubbish product - small poor quality not anything like what was advertised - small ugly little thing - gonna have to hide in the garden somewhere - from other reviews looks like not worth trying for refund - American stuff is always the same - cr*p - never again - be warned USA online products like this are not worth the bother

This website is showing false advertising, I have not received what I purchased.

I got a cheap metal product not in the style they are selling.

When I contacted them for a refund, they offered 25% off
When I said I want to return the product they have sent me that is nothing like the product I bought in good faith they offered 35% off and suggested me keep the product as it would cost me $75 to return the product to them.

They have not addressed the fact they are selling items they do not have.

Stay well away from this company.

Totally bogus. They won't sell you what you ordered but a low quality item. They will try to not give you a refund and they will insist you pay to send the item back if you want that part refund for the tat they sent your fraudulently. Don't bother.

This company tried to pass off counterfeit fairies from the East. Pictures used, are of the real items, which are made in the UK, only what you receive is nothing like them. Mine were broken and falling to pieces, as well as looking nothing like what was advertised. After complaining, through a different email address, (which I am not allowed to list here) I received several offers from them to receive a part of the cost, but after complaining to PayPal, pointing them to the original website, a link to a BBC story on these counterfeit fairies and reminding them that their name was being used by this site, I got a full refund

As all the other reviews,same goes for me. Order what I thought would be lovely in garden. What arrived was absolute junk. something you can buy in a reject shop and not worth anything. Have put in for refund. lets hope. Please be careful as they don't seem to care who they scam and cheat out of money with tis rbbbish.

The screw did not fit into the bolt so the fairy that I ordered is basically unusable. Very cheap and junky and not worth the price. Buyer beware, especially if it is posted on Facebook as it is totally misleading.

Appalling nothing like beautiful pictures should have known better.🙈 Waste of money and they are not happy for you to send back or give you money back

I got a refund from PayPal I was so disgusted with this item...... which I eventually received.
It's a rip off from the original artist's work ( Fairywire) & doesn't work at all...there are screw ends missing to keep the fairy bit holding onto the dandelion clock ,so it flies off when it turns.. also metal fairy too flimsy/thin to hold the weight of the dandelion.
DO NOT BUY!! Yet more rubbish from bloody China !😠😡🤬👿
