Good company, but long wait on one item.
Purchased an office chair from Hulala which is very unique. Though the customer service was responsive and the quality and build of the chair is excellent, it took a looonnnng time to receive the product. Expectations were set by them that it was back ordered, but the length of time was long enough that I had to maintain tracking of the order for a long time. It was probably just this product. I would definitely buy from them again.

The furniture is beautiful and quite sturdy for the price. It looks high-end on the budget. The desk came with a dent on the bottom, which you can't notice, and the nightstand had a minor defect. They were very helpful. I would definitely buy it again.

I honestly cannot say enough good…
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and their customer service. I purchased their white rocking chair and the quality has been amazing from day one — it’s comfortable, sturdy, beautiful, and clearly very well made.
What truly impressed me though was the customer support. After moving, I accidentally lost the power cord for the chair, and they sent me a brand new one completely free of charge with no hassle at all. Then later, when a piece of the chair broke, they went above and beyond again and replaced the entire chair.
This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had and Joshua Montero was absolutely amazing and was always so responsive to my emails. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products the way they do. Highly recommend both the chair and the company!

Top layer is chipped off in 1 month
We loved the table when we first saw the picture, and we really liked the color and design we chose. Everything looks perfect except for the quality. After assembling it, we noticed the wood starting to chip off, which was very disappointing. We did not expect this, especially since the table looks so beautiful at first glance. One side is chipped, and the top wood color layer is almost coming off as well.

Customer service resolutions lacking
I ordered a desk- the main desk that has the rotating function arrived broken- clearly it had been dropped and it is cracked and very visible. I have reached out to customer service looking to have the part replaced. And even though I have made it clear that I would like the part replaced they keep attempting to offer me partial refunds rather than simply replacing the piece. I do not understand why and seriously spent a lot of money on a product that is broken. Like I don’t want a broken desk with partial refunds?
