I had a very disappointing experience with this laptop store. The laptop I purchased for my son had issues and when I went back for support, they were uncooperative and slow to respond. It felt like once the sale was made, they didn’t care about the customer anymore. Looks like they are selling refurbished laptops. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for reliability or good after-sales support.
