The new app was introduced to continue business outside of MT4 which many brokers were removed from. Everything has been working as of date and at times I may have to refresh the mobile app for freezing. But if you set your SL and TP you will be all set.

Web trader , Mobile App and Windows Desktop app dont work. You will LOOSE your CAPITAL

Web trader, Mobile App freezes, As well as desktop app failed to download. Unable to control my trades leading to a total loss of funds. I provided screenshot evidences of all the system failures only to be told everything was working at their end. I contacted live support and she contradicted this response by saying they just fixed the issue an hour ago. Stay away unless you want to loose your funds. They used to be great, but no more. I guess they will be bankrupt soon.

don't do it

don't do it, you will be sorry, if you do don't plan on getting any of your money if you need to withdraw any winnings, they tell you 48 hours processing and then on day 4 they say you didn't put in a bitcoin address for them to send it too. the withdrawal process will not initiate with no btc address. you cant get to a human, i was told it will be done when they get to it. they used to be good, i been with them for 4 years but something has changed.

Withdrawal request got rejected or huge delayed!

This broker has been removed from Mega MT4, instead using a crappy software platform called MT4 pro. I submitted my whole account withdrawal request on 12/20/23. Took 24-48 hrs for them to acknowledge your withdrawal, took another 24 hrs for them to send you email to confirm you did submitted the withdraw request. After that, around another 24 hrs, they will get back to you with another email saying will take more time 24-48 hrs to review your account activities and margin level before they process the withdrawal request. End up, i received a rejection email from their system on 12/23/23 due to missing BTC address. Trying to clarify, without submitting BTC address, Hugosway system won't allow you to submit the withdrawal request. The real reason behind this rejection is due to peak congestion and high fee they need to pay.

On 12/25/23, I did my second try to submit withdrawal request. No one get back to me until I message their platform agent on 12/27/23 morning. This time, I need to go through what I experienced the first time again. Confirm withdrawal request, they take their 48 hrs time to review, then another email telling me they need another 24-48 hrs to review margin levels. It's 12/28/23, 4:38PM eastern time now. I am still waiting for my withdrawal request to be approved. At 6:04 PM, I received the my withdrawal request rejected email for second time with the same reason. Due to high blackchain fees, they are not willing to do the withdrawal request. Submitted my 3rd request right after, let’s see how long it will take and what will happen this time.

Since the company changed CRM it has turned into a pile of s***. CANNOT be trusted. I have been using for years with no problems and since the changes it seems like a big scam is in motion. Coinbase fees for deposits have gone to like 20% now. And customer service is basically non existent. You cannot trade in mobile MT4 and their own software is crap. Honestly this broker is imploding and will be no more in 2024 in my honest opinion. If you deposit on the platform be ready to find out the hard way.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! The are now rejecting withdrawal's with a bogus message Like " Missing BTC Address". This is their official endgame play it will seem; lure people into depositing into their brokerage and then abscond with your money. DO NOT SAY YOU Were not WARNED!!.

While the high leverage and low deposit might be tempting to new Traders, I would highly recommend you go with a regulated broker, especially if you are new to this game, save yourself the Headaches and SCAMS SCAMS!!!

I just load and account recently,I learned the new crm is to facilitate things for customer, but I discovered it is freezing, constantly logging you out and you see a message writing "unable to locate host". Secondly,before customer support was good and fast, but now you write and leave before support will come after 3 hours and reply you in the life chart especially, to talk of withdrawal I just did a withdrawal but I got a message it will take about 48hours this is the second day am waiting, above all the highest thing is this withdrawal, when I received it I will still come back to talk on that,deposit are fast while is withdrawal taking too long sir. I have use hugosway before, when it was mt4, customer support was fast, withdrawal fast, but this new crm had made things really frustrating, please try to work on this so that we will come back with Good review sir. Thought they Stole my money.

I have been using Hugosway since 2020. I can say I never had a problem. Now that I have become profitable trading I can’t withdraw my money. When I try to withdraw I get an error message saying “whoops somthing went wrong try again later or contact support, payment361”.

I contacted support and they said In a pre typed text response “ We are presently experiencing minor technical difficulties and we are investigating the matter as we speak and are looking to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We do not yet have a time frame that I can provide you with, but if you would kindly reattempt this at a later time, that would be great!“

They don’t have a timeframe when this will be fixed. Other people can withdraw. They still are conveniently able to receive deposits.

I recommend Hugo’s way and will continue to use them.

I’m shocked to see the reviews on this brokerage. I’ve used many.. yes it is unregulated. Some of the best traders I know use hugosway and have shown hundreds of thousands in withdrawals. Some with accounts in the 7 figures. Some with withdrawals in the 7 figures. I only give 4 stars bc I have not yet made a large withdrawal in which I plan on doing close to 7 figure withdrawal when I do.. then I will write another review. Market execution, spreads and everything else - in my opinion.. this is the best broker I have used and I will continue to use them. A lot of these bad reviews I’m reading are due to lack of overall knowledge in trading and they aren’t on the brokers end. I can’t wait to continue I use them. I have heard of people waiting a long time for decent amount of $ but nothing crazy. I pray I do not face this issue. I really really enjoy using this brokerage.

Highly recommend

Yes they ask for you to sign and picture here and there for withdrawal, but I found this good as it is securing your money. I have dealt with them for 1 year now or more and I never have had a problem of them taking my money. I highly recommend.

absolute joke

absolute joke, I done a withdrawal and these clowns ask for a paper with my signature date and amount with a license. Painful experience can't see the license, I bet they are trained to be unhelpful, they use an authenticator app. and then show us your papers. clowns don't use this broker.

Look at their reply, just a generic template and not addressing their useless support. Now if I use 2 step verification to login. I put in for withdrawal and these clowns want me to hold a peice a of paper with my signature date and saying I want to withdraw money, with me and holding my license. Question if I need a 2 step verification through authenticator to login how TF do I get in and deposit money. Don't use these guys

Fast withdrawal

Good Broker, deposit and Withdrawals are very Fast. Yesterday after seeing those bad reviews, i withdrew my money and I received it in less than one hour on my Crypto Wallet, i think i will keep Trading with Hugosway. I didn’t have any problem while trading.

By far the worst experience I've had…

By far the worst experience I've had with a brokeage. I changed my phone number and just wanted to have the 2FA functionality disabled so I can access my account. They made me go through hoops and hurdles just to have a functionality disabled. They requested multiple selfies and when I requested them to call me, they lied and stated they tried numerous times when I did not receive a call at all from them. As a new trader my experience was horrible and I will be sure to never use them again and let others know not to use them either. They are complete crooks.

I really have no complaints thus far

I really have no complaints thus far, have been using hugos since early 2019, handful of withdrawals, decent customer support, not sure about all the negative reviews, no broker is perfect. Hopefully everything will continue as it has no issues the past few years.

Hugosway since 2019

I have been with hugosway since 2019, I have made several withdrawals and one as recent as yesterday, my only complaint is sometimes metatrader 4 will lag and price won’t update for a few minutes, forcing me to view a chart from a different provider. Other than that spreads are usually 2-6 pips so the broker is better for swing traders rather than scalping. Overall, no real complaints here

Hugo's way will steal your money and call you crazy

10/14/2021 made a deposit of 145 to hugos way,
10/06/2022 a withdrawal of Historical Trade Archive took 141.56.... I have no idea how or why, so I contacted hugos way, they opened a ticket, and told me "I would like to inform you that following the conclusion of our investigation we are unable to uphold your claim and as such, we will not be reimbursing you" but there is no record of a trade being recorded, no record of my money being deposited to me, no one has accessed my account. They stole money from my account and claim it disappeared. WILL never recommend to anyone. The person replying to my initial email didn't even bother explaining where the funds went, almost like the question was being avoided.
