Got scamed

I created an account, and the Android auto-address feature entered the wrong address. I spoke with live chat, and they told me I could change my address to the correct one by sending an email to the KYC team with proof. I did that, but instead of updating my address, they banned my account while I had a €130 withdrawal pending. I contacted live chat again, but they ignored me. I also emailed the KYC team, but they keep sending the same automated reply.

Don't bet on this site — it's a scam that doesn't care about its customers.

And again as you can see they give a auto reply

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which every user agrees to upon registration:

Section 1.2: The General Terms and Conditions are a lawful agreement between an account owner (user/player) and the company (HugoCasino.com). All account owners registered at www.hugocasino.com should act in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

Furthermore, per Section 2.4: You must provide us with correct personal data during registration, which includes your name, surname and date of birth, as well as contact details, address, phone number, and email.

And as outlined in Section 2.6.1: To prevent fraud and to add an additional layer of security to your transactions, Hugo Casino performs identity verification and payment authentication.

Due to discrepancies between the information provided during registration and the verification documents submitted, your account has failed the verification process and has been permanently closed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Absolute horrible site

Of all the sites I've played on over the years, the outcome of their machines are absolutely horrible! Spend €100 and you return less than 20% while playing, except during the bonus you get, where you ofcourse win a big amount, only to then lose it all before you can withdraw.

Stay far away form this nightmare.

Bonuses Ripped Me Of

Their sign up bonus wouldn't allow me to play a certain game, so I spent the bonus and still couldn't play the game. Turns out, it takes real money first, making it impossible to play the game. It doesn't make any of this clear. Absolute scam.
