Mike, the new owner, came quickly and found the problem in my heating system which began 10 days after a competitor checked the system. He has a well-deserved honest reputation and charged very fairly. I have been suspicious of sabotage several times with the prior company and will write a separate review of them.

The salesman was on time. Looked at the entire system and gave us a competitive quote. The service/installation people were also on time and knowledgeable.

Service was excellent very professional and kind staff. They arrived early and worked very hard to replace the unit they ensured it worked properly before leaving .

Hughes Air was recommended to me by a friend/coworker. I had received a couple of quotes prior to contacting them. I didn’t think they would install in the Phoenix (cave creek and the 101) and was looking for a recommendation. After speaking to the dispatcher, I had a quote within the hour and an eta of a start date on Monday. I called the Thursday prior. They came on time, ready to work, polite and awesome. 7 hours later my ac was installed, working and I am thrilled. No pressure, competitive pricing and no drama install :). I found out later another friend had a similar experience with Hughes.

Both my A/C units failed on the hottest weekend of the year. Hughes Air came out twice and managed to get one working. They gave me an excellent price to replace both units the following week (they were old). Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

I was impressed by the service technician's demeanor. He was forthright and explained what was going on with my system in terms I could understand. He was not pushy, unlike some other companies I've had service my unit. The prices were reasonable and the office staff were very friendly and helpful.

James was very professional and the installation went smoothly. He did find an electrical problem I had in my attic and I appreciate his pointing it out so I could get it fixed.
Hughes Air put in a system in a previous house and that went well also.
They always respond quickly when I call them.

I had called regarding my current system which had been installed by Hughes. I found out that I "had" a fall and spring tuneup that I had not utilized. I guess I was supposed to call. Anyway, got it scheduled and it went very well. Tech was professional, clean and prompt. I also inquired regarding my recommendation to my neighbor who had just had Hughes replace his units. I received a gift for that. Thank you! Talked with my neighbor who was very happy with the install.
