I bought a mk3 below cost from thomann

I bought a mk3 below cost from thomann. Product bstock visibly tampered with. I could have just sent the product back, but I wanted to give opportunities through technical assistance to understand something better. The customer service basically fooled me by denying that the object had been moddeed (when it was enough to simply go and see their triamp mk3 corporate video on YouTube to recognize changes made)
Underestimating the intelligence of customers has led them to the streets, so much so that they have had to sell off the company.
