Horrible company, AVOID

Bought my 4 year old his 1st bike, Upon assembling it I noticed the brake cables were badly damaged! Contacting Huffy I was informed the are not covered under warranty as "the damage must have occurred during assembly"
Horrible company, should be ashamed!

Poor quality

Bought a huffy rock creek light mountain bike at Walmart. Terrible experience. Really cheap and low quality. Tire inner tube split down seam on very first ride. After that I went through a series of flat tires because the poor construction causes tubes to pop or roll off of the rim while also pushing tire off rim. Tons of wasted time and aggravation. Returning bike to Walmart.

Untrustworthy Company

This company are incredibly untrustworthy. They sell bikes, online, through multiple sites people trust such as Halfords and Robert Dyas, only to receive items that have been returned by other customers! Ordered 2 bikes originally for my twins 3rd birthday, upon opening both bikes were scratched in multiple places, handlebars main metal frame, stickers bubbles and scratched and one even had the wrong bolt to screw the handle bars to the front wheel! One also didn't even arrive in a Huffy box!!!!! Then, ordered 2 more bikes through Halfords....made no difference, one arrived new, you could tell the way it was packaged etc, the other, opened it packaging was missing, scratches on the frame, wheel, stickers were bubbled.... appalling condition. Took back to Halfords in person and they will be contacting Huffy directly. I will never buy from this company ever again, they're a disgrace.

Women's Casoria

Women's Casoria. Front tire not holding air, two different pumps a lot of work. Front brake not inside the control mechanism, sent pics. They are asking me for more (?) and are not going to get them. Rear brake was set up inside, appears ok. Manual is more generic, some of the screws are difficult or impossible to turn. I have quite a few tools, but still not finding what I need for all of these. Nice of them not to do a start to finish video and rely on others. You don't ever send a bike out without checking it, certainly don't ask the customer to assemble AND do their job.

Received item missing parts

Received item missing parts. Called to have them sent, they sent the wrong ones. Called a second time and said they would expedite, never sent replacements. Called a third time and have to wait another 7 to 10 days and hope they get it right. Almost a month with a non-functioning bike. Update 4.24, i called on 4.8 and was told my replacement order would be expedited. They didn't ship until 4.19, 11 days later. Their definition of expedited is 11 days.

This company will put you into a deep depression

Recently I bought Huffy's top model e-bike for my son's birthday...or so I thought. Upon opening the mostly already opened and destroyed packaging I was met with an old model, used, cheap Huffy BMX bike. I promptly emailed customer support and was met with an unhelpful staff. They are currently refusing to return this item. Even after offering to try to find a solution(the solution would be to return the item), they ghosted me and kept my money and left me with a BS product. Now I'm shorted in the ballpark of $1,500. DO NOT BUY FROM HUFFY. They are now a Chinese brand with cheap Chinese tactics to steal from you.

Never ride or Purchase a Huffy Centris folding E-Bike !

Reading This may save your life !

You can easily see the design flaw of the "Centris" folding bike. The single quick release latch is directly in line with the right pedal. I was almost killed when my right toe accidentally hit the red button while traveling @ 12 mph. I was almost hit by a car. The front half of the bike slammed into "the folded up position".

I was caught like a rat in a deadly spring loaded trap. The back half of the bike dug into the asphalt and the "Centris bike ( with me tangled up in it) flipped end over end and I suffered multiple serious injuries. Two different neighbors heard the loud crash and came to my assistance. My elderly neighbor allowed me to put my "unlatched" Huffy Centris in the bed of his truck. The bike slammed me in the chest once again because it is impossible for one person to safely lift and load the 67lb Huffy Centris when it is NOT latched together....

DO NOT PURCHASE HUFFY BIKES

I purchased an E-Bike 6/30/2023 & received it on 7/5/2023. After assembling it I realized the bike didn't work, the power assist didn't work or the display that controls it. I've called for support as well as sent a couple emails through their support portal online. When I did get to speak to a person on 7/12/23 she wasn't able to provide a solution such as troubleshooting assist, repair center options, or return/exchange options. I was transferred to a voicemail machine of a man that
"handles E-Bikes" | left a voicemail & still haven't heard back from anyone, it is now 7/17/23 and my return/exchange period deadline is approaching. don't want to be stuck with an E-bike that doesn't work & out $415 & I also don't want to return it having to pay almost $200 for shipping out of my pocket for a product that is supposed to be brand new and working properly. I feel as if I was scammed, Huffy is knowingly selling & sending faulty equipment to consumers. I left a review on the E-bike to warn other customers & it was not posted or removed after a day. Everything about this company is shady, how are you supposed to serve customers when your 1-800 number tells customers to try again at a later time if you call past 11am PT. I'm pretty sure there's many other customers trying to get a hold of them all at the same time since they're selling defective products but that is ridiculous. All I want is either a refund or a working E-Bike which is what I paid for.

No canceling of order - once you buy, you are it

Despite my numerous attempts (via email and phone) to cancel my order "since last week," they must have decided not to cancel by shipping it out via FedEx today.

Moments after placing the order online last week, I found out it was no longer needed, so I phoned them. The operator said I would need to call back the following Monday since she could not look up the order?!

Where is her computer?

I then emailed the support but with no reply.

On the following Monday, I was told it was being canceled on the phone, but she could not produce any cancelation number while advising me to call back for the cancelation number the next day?!

I called back, and I was told it had been already shipped, and the only way to cancel the order was to ship it back at my cost?!

I am calling BBB.
