Best chutney I have ever tasted. I keep re-ordering & twice they have included a free gift with my order. I found this chutney when visiting one of their outlets, & the lunch was as good as their chutney.

The cheese afternoon tea …
The cheese afternoon tea was promptly sent out however DPD service was poor. Delivery not conducive for afternoon tea time. Evening delivery. Then a late delivery time posted, then no delivery due to circumstances. However Huffkins customer service excellent. Replacement parcel delivered in a timely manner and the recipient so enjoyed the contents. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. DPD messed up the delivery but Huffkins sorted out the problem very swiftly and efficiently. The product is excellent too and I will be repeating my order very soon.

Highly recommend the spicy tomato and onion chutney.
Ordered the 4 jars of the spicy tomato and onion relish as it’s a favourite. They sent a free additional relish as a treat which was a lovely surprise.

Good customer service
Took exactly one month to arrive. Top half of the Lardy cakes were dry & the bottom half was slimy. Wouldn't buy again.
Update: Huffkins contacted me & explained calendar system - might have been my mistake - sorry! Are sending me a complimentary pack to try again. Can't fault customer service.

We've taken a look into your order history and noticed your order was place on the 29th November, but with the 28th December selected as your delivery date. This may have been an accident with our calendar functionality, and once again we'd like to apologise for this. Orders are typically delivered next day (Tuesday - Saturday) if ordered before 12pm.
