Absolute disgrace of a company
Please avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a massager for which they supplied a CAR CHARGER plug instead of a 2 or 3 pin domestic plug. Eventually it was agreed that I could return the product for a refund. I did so, at my expense, by tracked delivery. Despite this, they still refused to refund, making bizarre requests for further evidence I had sent the item. I had to go to my credit card company to request a refund, which they are now challenging despite having had the goods returned to them. They are basically trying to steal from me.
This company is not fit to trade and I urge you to avoid them at all costs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, terrible experience. Ordered a remote control car as a Christmas present. Firstly parcel was delayed several times and took a long time to come. Secondly when it was received it was the wrong product and not the quality that was expected. My emails about incorrect product were initially not responded to, when they were they wanted me to pay for return when they had sent me the wrong product!!! As was only a couple of days before the big day and I needed a gift we settled in writing for a 20% refund which I have never received and all my emails have been ignored. The car I originally ordered was available at similar price from other suppliers , I would use one of them!
