Excellent quality and accurate to drawing - exactly what I hoped for

Accurately available information before placing ordering. Easy to follow whole process, including the user interface.
Orders were delivered on time or before.
Quality of parts are under control and as prescribed with standards.
In case of any queries, they were resolved on timely manner.

I couldn't be happier with the result! The machined part I received was absolutely perfect — precise, clean, and exactly to spec. On top of that, the follow-up throughout the process was exceptional. Clear communication, timely updates, and real attention to detail. I highly recommend their services and will definitely return for future projects.

Protolabs UK took a £20,000 deposit from our UK company for specialist titanium parts, failed to deliver to spec, refused a refund despite clear Dutch contract law protections (Art 7:17 BW), and has now shut down communication, expecting to keep the deposit! We are preparing legal proceedings in the Netherlands. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The part was to be 0.5" clear plexi (acrylic), but we received a part that looked to be machined down from a thicker piece. Tool marks made the part no longer clear. Part was not usable.

All technical, scheduling, and quality requirements were met. Communication was exemplary, and information on the project status was provided regularly and without further ado.

part was acceptable and fairly nice - there was one area where the radii were larger than would be preferred, but they confirmed that first. It would be nice in future if a smaller radii could be used so that I did not need to rework the part.

Poor Quality parts, despite having to be remade.

The part required a high class finish. It was difficult to machine due to the curved surfaces and lack of locations to hold the part. However it took Hubs multiple attempts to provide the part to a satisfactory level.

Order was delayed multiple times. It was not clear when placing the order that timelines are subject to change and cost is not updated accordingly.

These guys made my parts to spec on time and with very little imput. Highly recommend
