Rude support with lot of abuse
I can agree with the one before me. Very rude and aggressive support. Get ready to receive lot of abuse and mocking from the self conceited geeks
Rude Support Staff
I agree fully with the one and only other review. Support are very rude and condescending and wholely inadequate. BobbyD really needs to take a reality check. If he carries on with this attitude he'll soon be out of work. Platform is good when it works but is buggy as hell. Won't be long before you reach for the only means of support, the user forum. At this point you'll soon understand how frustrating and rude the support staff are. To be honest, based on the support they don't even deserve the one star I've given them.
UPDATE:
The support request made through the website has now hopefully succeeded and as I subscribe to the hub protect service I am getting a replacement hub sent out to me. The comments on rude staff (BobbyD) stands though. I find other non hubitat employees that frequent the forums to be far more polite and helpful. There are some good, helpful and knowledgeable folk on there as well as quite a few that are so obviously up their own backsides.
Very rude staff
When you have to get help via a forum, you'd somewhat expect sometimes that other people may not be friendly. But when the staff are rude to you online, you're left with no avenue to go down.
The hubitat hub bricked my zigbee device, and when I wrote on the forum about my experience, the staff member who gave the wrong advice clearly didn't like it. When I made a complaint about it, I was purposely ignored (a staff member wrote back to me and said it was ignored, after I followed up with them).
