I just want to say how grateful I am…

I just want to say how grateful I am for finding your service!!! With all the negative events that came with my canceled flight, you guys where the light of positivity! Your representative check on me and update me on how my claim was doing from time to time. He was so attentive and eager to assist me in the process. It was such an amazing experience. Now I don't have the anxiety of having my flight canceled anymore cause I know you guys are there if needed. I recommended your service to my friend who had a cancel flight and would definitely recommend to others in need. I can't thank you guys enough seriously!
