Absolutely awful
It barely ever connects properly to the app and freezes on the parent monitor. It will stop playing white noise in the middle of the night leading to baby waking up. The battery on the parent unit doesn’t even last a 3 hour nap without running out and needing charging. Contact the manufacturer and get no response.
Worst purchase ever
Worst purchase ever, would not recommend to anyone, purchased item before baby was born as most people do, have use for 4 months have found the camera has bad delays and now the the monitor won’t switch on, contacted Hubble and got the reply it’s out of warranty and maybe try changing the battery, great help. So there customer support is as good as the product.
Really disappointed in this camera and…
Really disappointed in this camera and the fact that they apparently don’t accept returns unless you don’t use it and it’s unopened. None of the premium features work which I have to pay for, the camera doesn’t track movement well and the way they have it set up, my toddler can unplug it and chew on the wire. Waste of money.

Purchased the baby monitor and stopped working within a month, got in touch with customer service and they wouldn’t give a refund but promised to send another one next day, 3 weeks in and still have not received the replacement, contacted customer service but they keep saying “we are working on it”. Terrible service
The Hubble Eclipse+, a calming companion, for Sure !
The Hubble Eclipse+ has been surprisingly useful for our 3-month-old. The variety of soothing sounds, particularly the rain sound and lullabies, are very relaxing and settle him down – and me too! The night light can change colors or stay a solid color, perfect for night feeds, and the audio monitoring provides peace of mind. Setup was straightforward, no problems at all. Portability is a plus, and the sound quality is good. Despite some reported issues in the reviews, our experience has been very positive. My baby responds well to it, and it's become a winner for us. Very happy with my purchase!
Camera and baby monitor work well
Camera and baby monitor work well, run smoothly, without much trouble. Maintenance/security/updates/communication on the companies side is done efficient. Unlike others I don’t worry about down time and knowing customer service replies fast and resolves issues fast i can stress less.

Terrible camera do not purchase! Expensive and waste of money! Keeps blacking out, poor connectivity sometimes doesn't work at all! Do not buy! Safety hazard for any child!

Avoid at all costs
This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, my Hubble was faulty on opening. the process of trying to get a replacement has now taken a month and still no replacement has even been sent out yet, I would avoid this company at all costs as customer service is disgraceful. I have been emailing asking where my replacement is as what we purchased ensures my son is still breathing…. We haven’t been able to do this for the first month of his life as the process has been a joke.

I bought this and it came with a free trail offer. This app is so perfect it sends alerts to your phone instantly. You can also go view the camera live anytime you want to just to make sure your baby is safe. I love the temperature monitor that it has so I can also make sure hes not cold or hot. I also love that it has picture on picture so you can have a live view in a small corner of you phone and Still be doing other stuff watching at the same time. The price is well worth it on my opinion. I haven't signed up for the emergency response but it offers a away to alert the police or fire department if it senses and emergency. Really good picture. You can tilt the camera in a complete circle just from your phone. And my son absolutely loves that when bed time come his favorite color will glow from it giving him a night light and telling him it's time for bed. Highly recommend this product

Nursery Pal camera is useless
I've purchased the Nursery Pal Deluxe camera and have basically flushed my money down the drain. The camera doesn't connect to the receiver and is therefore useless. I've read the Quick Start Guide, the User Guide, the FAQs and any other resource I've found on the web. The result is nothing but an extremely annoying beep.
I've written to company support but received no reply.
I recommend you choose any other company but this one, as the only thing they're any good at is fraud.
Hubble has caused us nothing but…
Hubble has caused us nothing but trouble. When we had our second baby, I decided to invest in a dual-camera monitor with a screen so I wouldn’t have to rely on my phone to check in, and so that anyone babysitting could see both children sleeping. We chose a monitor from Hubble, thinking it would be perfect, but one of the cameras never worked and constantly had trouble connecting.
We reached out to Hubble for support, but it took forever to hear back despite multiple attempts to contact them. Eventually, they sent us a replacement camera, but it was the wrong one—even after we provided photos and detailed descriptions of the model we needed. We continued to follow up, reaching out again and again, but we never received a response. At this point, my baby was already one year old.
We then contacted the main support email and received an apology, which gave us hope that we were finally on the right path. They sent out another replacement, but, to our frustration, it was the exact same incorrect model as before. This new camera doesn’t connect to our screen and isn’t compatible with the dual-camera setup for the second bedroom.
I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of care and responsiveness from Hubble. My baby is now 16 months old, and we’ve been dealing with this issue since he was a newborn. It’s simply not right. I shouldn’t have to spend another $300 on a different brand of cameras due to this company’s inability to honor their products or listen to their customers.

Customer service is not only slow to respond but do not respond appropriately. I reached out about the widget not being available and broke down the steps I followed in an attempt to add. Their response was a screen shot of the directions (which I clearly stated I already attempted). From there they wrote out the steps and go weeks without reaching back out.
Brought a brand new dual camera Hubble…
Brought a brand new dual camera Hubble and have no volume on parent unit so cannot hear a thing. Have tried to email support a number of times and have nothing back. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to get sound. Volume is turned up and I have reset parent unit but nothing. Quite disappointed
Unwilling to fulfill warranty
Our monitor was faulty and confirmed to be by Hubble but they state they have no replacements available indefinitely. How can a warranty be given if they can’t help address this. Terrible communication and customer service.
Hubble baby monitor
Baby monitor was a good buy.we have been using it for 17 months and we haven't had a problem until this last couple of weeks. We can no longer connect the camera to our phone app.
The lead for the camera isn't working properly anymore. We have tried to buy a spare lead for the camera but it seems impossible to get one to go with the hubble camera.
I sent an email for technical support but still waiting on a reply.
