I've been using Hubble for about 3…

I've been using Hubble for about 3 years and I think I've only had 1 issue. The device itself is pretty robust as it's been dropped several times. I do like the fact that the free version allows 2 people can use the same log in, allowing both my husband and I to use it.

Not the best...but not the worst!

Not the best...but doubt its the worst. I have bought two separate units in the past 2 years. Originally, I just bought the single camera with the parent unit. It worked well in the beginning, and as a FTM, I really appreciated the app and the ability to see my napping infant while I was at work. However, the parent unit quit working within 7 months of use. Despite resetting, changing chargers, cleaning charge ports, etc, it just died one day and wouldn't ever turn back on. I was already pregnant with my 2nd again so, no biggie, I needed to buy another camera anyway so I purchased the Cloud Twin (which came with a new parent unit). Well, again, it's been a little less than a year and the new(er) parent unit won't hold a charge/stay on. After researching, it appears it's a common problem. It's absurd that the life of the parent unit seems to be a year or less. However, I will say that WHEN it all works properly, it's been a great monitoring system - clear video, adequate volume, good connectivity (at least for me), love the app, option for nightlight, and with multiple kids, it's nice to be able to connect up to 4 cameras with a split screen. Just fix the dang parent unit problems!

Love the audio books on here so does…

Love the audio books on here so does the kid. Wish there was more variety. Also don't like that it says audio detected but have no option to listen to said audio. Would give 5 stars if that was changed but otherwise love it!

Love!

We really love the portability and versatility of this system. We use it when traveling and at home and it is seamless between Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi connection. The only dislike we have is the short battery life of the video monitor but love that we can use our usb-c chargers spread around the house. Definitely recommend!

This device SUCKS

Bought this device and it's not cheap and can't even use it. The app is so faulty they don't make updates and it won't allow me to choose what network to connect to. I do not recommend and will be going to the competition

Great camera

Great camera .. great pictures the video quality is amazing and the sound pick up is great as well and the night vision is amazing as well

A GodSend

The ability to track it all is more than everything. Sleeping habits & patterns, as well as lullabies that can be played facilitating as much. Not to mention the personalization perks. Actual recordings your little one can hear every morning, noon,or night. Whatever your preference. Ideal for those of us who travel for work or serve. Whether military, intelligence, or legislative. Great tool for those of us who would rather be nowhere else buuuttttt....... Now we don't stand to miss any more than we have to

Love the price point on all the items

Love the price point on all the items! I have almost everything they have to offer and have no issues with any of the equipment what so ever! It's Hubble app is easy to use and record everything. You can share access with another parent.

Good enough, but could be better.

We purchased a Hubble when our first baby monitor had issues; we figured the price may ensure better quality.

I like having a parent unit and an app. That said, the parent unit has poor battery life and the app is spotty at best. It frequently won't connect, regardless of a strong wifi signal. I wouldn't mind too much, but the system was $150. I will say it has improved in the last few months, and seems to connect about as much as it doesn't (which is a significant improvement, considering it rarely did before).

The video and audio quality are fine for what I need, but both have a slight delay. The extra features (night light, stories, music, etc) are nice, and shockingly useful. I don't have much experience with the paid app features beyond the free trial provided.

Overall, I don't hate it. It serves it's purpose well enough, and has improved with time.

Give it a chance, it's working for me!

I have used my camera for several months now with no app issues. I can watch on my phone and the separate monitor, my husband can pull the app up at work, I have checked the camera at the movies while the grandparents were laying the baby down with no issues. The rollover alerts are accurate, but sleep position sensing is a little inaccurate, it often says baby was on the side when baby was on tummy. It also shows not enough info for a nightly recap when baby is in bed under the camera all night. Overall, great camera and we enjoy this much more than the Nanit we originally had. Wish it had breathing band like Nanit though. Temperature readings are accurate as well

Gets the job done but wouldn’t buy…

Gets the job done but wouldn’t buy again. Connectivity issues are always an issue. Setting up this device is a disaster. I get that things don’t always go right but there is no one to call for customer service. You have to email them and wait days for a return email.

Product keeps failing after about 6wks of use

1st guardian base unit died after about 6 weeks of use. Took months for customer service to respond. Had to literally email daily before I finally got my replacement.
2nd unit is doing the same thing amd has just become a paperweight. The part that died monitors the sleep activity, which is the only reason I bought this product.

Poor quality product qith even poorer customer service.

I wouldn't let my worst enemy purchase this!

It's OK but mostly bad

I've have the 'nursery pal glow' camera. Have had it for about 4 years now. During the day I have to keep it set to night vision because when its in color it's too dark and can't see well. Even when putting it on it's brightest levels.
When communicating through it from my phone, there is a delay and my voice is static and hard to uunderstand.My kids told me numerous times they don't understand what I'm saying through it. Also, when setting a lullaby to it, it literally sounds like a horror movie. So the speaker is absolute garbage.
I get about 100 or more notifications about motion being detected. And it's mostly just sun light, or someone walking or driving past our house and it shows the shadows in my livingroom. So annoying that I had to turn notifications off for it.
The visual from the camera is often grainy but can still see. I hate that the camera moves on its own and faces the wall or the window. Have to constantly adjust it back to facing the whole livingroom. Sometimes when trying to adjust the moving of the camera position from my phone, it doesn't move and than a connection error will pop up. To get it working properly again, I have to unplug the unit, wait, then plug it back in. Works just fine again but only for a few days till I have to do it again. Very annoying.
I do have another camera set up through a different company. Bought it a few months before this one, and the picture quality is amazing, even in color. It's just the sounds from videos are hard to hear. Thought I'd buy a better one just to find out its crap too. I refuse to keep buying cameras just to find one that works like it says.
Also hate the constant emails and pop ups on the app about upgrading and paying a monthly fee for what you already get with it for free. A couple years ago I tried the 14 day trial just to see the difference. And there is none. So I canceled the subscription.
I will never recommend this camera to anyone unless they like getting constant headaches from being annoyed and irritated from it.

Poor product and even worse customer service.

Originally purchased the Skyview camera system in 2021 after I had my preemie and brought him home from the nicu. Worked great for a couple of months, then the problems began. First, the parent unit disconnected from the camera, went through all troubleshooting, it synced again for about 24hrs, and hasn't synced to the camera again since. I reached out to customer support and got the run around. Got asked for the same info, repeated videos showing how I connected it, repeated videos showing the parent unit wouldn't sync, etc. Never came to a resolution that made it work again. Here we are several years and another baby later and it still doesn't work and now even the wifi connection is iffy. I feel like I completely wasted my money and when I asked about replacement or refund I was ghosted. I will not purchase another one and wish I had not purchased this one in the first place.
