Very slow with returns

I dropped off an item to the Kennards Brookvale location to be returned to the retailer, and after a week, the item is still waiting for collection. Considering this is a parcel being sent back for a refund, it doesn’t look like I’ll get my money back for a good month or so.

I do not understand AI speak

I do not understand AI speak. It has taken me 3 days and multiple attempts to get a pin sent to my phone.
Very stressful. And I have not much adrenalin to spare.
However, I have a certain amount of satisfaction by finally getting the PIN. The BOT never allows for common sense inquiries. A real person on the phone would be able to save me 3 days of distress.

Disappointed

Really hopeless, it’s been more than 3 months lost my parcel after handed over to this parcel point, and still no any update or investigation on it, really disappointed and poor customer service.

Australia Post hopeless as a Parcel Point

The Australia Post recipient of this PArcel Post point was hopeless and rude. HAd no idea that Parcelpoint was even a thing, made me buy a box, pay for tape, print out my own label, all the things that every other PArcel Point I've ever used didn't. Won't be using them again!

Happy customer

Dee Why Pharmacy - Parcel Point

If I could rate you a zero I would

If I could rate you a zero I would. Very very poor service. I have been waiting for so long for this delivery and no notification was given. I have been home and I heard no door bell. Now when I go to have a look it's been sitting there waiting for a collection point. I have not received any notification at all. Very Very poor. I'm surprised you are not out of business. I will not be ordering anything online from Myer anymore since they use you as a courier service.

This is review for 65 Anthony rolfe Gungahlin hubbed services by Bright Drycleaners. The worst customer service I receive three times in a row. The owner staffed at the return point is very rude and rather than providing a good customer service, he dictates customers for each step very rudely like you can’t keep all the packets at the counter top until he is finished scanning which also you have to recite return id for hime and he will type in the system. Even he has big counter and its all empty but you are not allowed to keep other parcels which you want to return at the same day. When he is done entering in the system, he will ask customers to drop it whereever he wants and that very rudely with no polite words. He is racist with asian communities but nicer with Aussies.
When I provided his review on the website then he again commented very rudely that I shouldn’t review there. Worst customer service by this rude mannerless man.
