Awful experience
This is the first time I have ever purchased something from here after finding them online. It is safe to say I will never be purchasing from here again. I had ordered 2 items however when delivery arrived i had only received 1 item. I then called the store as well as sending them an email and was told they will send out the 2nd item but a larger size as they don’t have the size I ordered. Very disappointed.

Your first email was recieved on the 30th March, within that time you have also called to let us know there is a missing thobe. Patience is a virtue but clearly not the case here.
Our packers made a mistake in packing your order which happens as we are human. We will either send out the missing thobe or refund you.

Thanks for your review, just to clarify you placed your order on Sunday 6th March at 1PM - the only delivery service we offer is next working day Mon - Thur. Your order was despatched on the 7th and delivered on the 8th. As UK wide Royal Mail only offers delivery Mon - Sat the delivery was made in accordance to what we offer and advertise.
I hope this clears up the confusion.

Very poor communication
Purchased this Abaya for my husband and my toddler. The quality is great but shame about the sizing. My toddler fitted into it like a glove. However, the thobe was extremely tight for my husband. I received no invoice to return his clothes so I followed the steps online on their website to request a return invoice form. I filled out the form 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them. I had to then go to a store to purchase a size that fits my husband which has made me spend double the amount. I am left with this item of clothing which isn’t cheap and there is no other way to contact the company. They have a mobile number which keeps going to voicemail that they have provided on their website. Very poor customer service!
