Can't load music from iPhone onto pro 30 phone with the Huawei software package.
Bought a pro 30 phone, having given up on iPhone, only to find that the software package, called HiSuite, supplied with phone was useless in getting hold of my music from my iPhone, let alone my playlists. Transferring photos from the phone to my apple laptop is also a pain, but I'm sort of prepared to accept that, but my music?
Delay in refund process
I returned Freebuds Studio last week and can see DHL delivered to their warehose on the next day. When I called for status update, customer support told it will take 14 days to refund. Why this delay? Huawei is holding the money and it is affecting my other transactions. I won't purchase again from their store. I wil use Amazon or othsr online store instead. If I didn't get the refund by 29th, I am contacting my credit card to raise the dispute.
Refund Pending - ASAP means something different to Huawei
Returned my device on 13th of November, arrived on 15 November, refund approved 23rd November.
23rd December, no refund, no information from the team despite daily chasing over email and phone other than: "this issue is being looked into and a refund will be on its way ASAP"
Emailed head office also, still waiting on a response.
All this for a brand new laptop that after light use and never leaving its place on a desk after 5 months started freezing.
Bad product, bad customer service.
Feel sorry for the customer service agents as they cannot do anything other than chase up on a case.
Wish you could leave a 0* review.
Huawei best quality
Got my Matebook 14 laptop, Sound X, earbuds & mouse(for free). More than happy with their products quality.
Cheers!
Don't process refunds in a timely manner
They do not acknowledge returns for refunds for 14 days. The fact it's now Christmas and New year, it will take nearly a month from the time they received the item back to the funds being sent back to my bank. Do not buy from them! The sale and delivery of goods are sufficient (surprise surprise) but if you have an issue, you'll struggle to get the support you need.
Sent my wife’s phone repair 2 days ago
Sent my wife’s phone repair 2 days ago. Had a message today that they are sending back. They have not told me anything only they sending back. I am glad I only paid £169 as will go in bin. Feel sorry for anyone spending they hard earn cash on these rubbish products. Stick to my iPhone thanks. Wife will get a new Samsung.
I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
Edit, these guys actually fixed phone the whole process done in 3 days.
Huwawei are the worst company ever for customer service
Huwawei are the worst company ever for customer service, both with on line chat and in person talking to them. I bought a tablet and whilst they have agreed to take it back, I have spent over 7 hours trying to get them to pick it up - 3 failed collections from DHL (who you cant contact by phone), advised by Huwawei to take it to DHL (I dont drive and they are at least 7 miles away!). I have been told different things from different staff. I have been told to be more patient when I have complained that the delivery is overdue! Their chat bot facility cuts off after 10 mins. They have escalated reluctantly to their comms department and I have no idea when or if they are going to contact me again! Meanwhile I am out of pocket and feel that they are scam artists - do not buy from them!
I had a Mate P20 Pro
I had a Mate P20 Pro. Its battery was getting weaker after almost 2 years, and still in warranty. I sent it off to be repaired (free DHL to their service centre and return) on Tuesday, and the phone was returned by Saturday. They had replaced the battery, but they had also replaced the back cover which had a slight dink in it, all for free. I cannot fault them. Excellent service.
Terrible inconsistent service told one thing than another thing
First person who i spoke said to send it to them as it was in warranty and they sent a postal slip so far so good then nothing so i ran and was told it was NOT covered and that i had been sent a e-mail and i had refused repair as i have never seen an e-mail from them how is that possible ?? ( been though trash / junk and spam nothing from them ) so i will never ever buy from them again
I am exasperated by Huawei 's appalling…
I am exasperated by Huawei 's appalling in fact non existent customer service. I gave even written to the uk directors who do not reply. My complaint has been ongoing since May of this year. Hassan, Benjamin, jenny, harry, nikolas, james sargent, rhian james plus orhers who tell me customer relations will contact me and pay ne the money they owe me. But i have had no communication whatsoever. Whay morecan one do? My adice is eith plenty other tech providers out there go elsewhere!
Dire customer service
While the product works it was fine, but 5 months in the battery was not lasting more than 6hrs and camera quality was poor.
This is where the issues start, Over a year later my phone is still faulty, its been back and forth 5-6 times, its clear the repair center are useless or just a guy in his shed part time.
Clearly do not check if fixed, last time it arrived back its got a new fault, screen goes white and over exposes so now totally useless.
Rung yesterday, as usual the operators are always nice and polite, said to email photos and screen recording of issue.. So messed about to reduce file size and eventually sent, but hours later returned undelivered after multiple attempts.. Seems they don't read emails and inbox full.
At a total loss of what to do, I've spent many many hours on phone, emailing, backing up, reloading, over and over.
Best advice is to avoid, camera is good but seems to go downhill to 1990's quality, then they seem to stall to grind you down and eventually be out of warrenty... Funny as DJI are exactly the same...
dont know why all poor here
Anyway my experience is super good there.
Disrespectful to customers
My phone developed a fault. I contacted Huawei support about the issue 3 days before the warranty period ended.
The service engineer arranged for the phone to be collected and delivered to their service centre.
The phone was returned to me with no repair.
On calling the support line again, I was told that because the phone arrived at the service centre after the warranty expired then it was not covered.
Why did the service agent arrange collection on a service that could not possibly get the phone to them in time?
Why does this even matter? The fault was reported and logged with Huawei before the warranty expired.
I have complained by phone and email and have been fobbed off both times.
I still plan to take this further, but everyone should be aware of this appalling and disrespectful service.
Huawei has no intention to do their due diligence and support their customers.
The phone is rubbish it very basic…
The phone is rubbish it very basic can't down load pdf it's not worth 139.The Honer phone is rubbish.
They have the worst returns policy
They have the worst returns policy. It's a 14-day policy. I ordered a watch for my partner as a gift and unfortunately ordered the wrong one. Asked to return and exchange for the higher priced one, they couldn't do it because it's been 15 days since it has been delivered. In this day and age, 14-days is a very short number of days and especially since the box hasn't even been opened. It's still sealed with their tape.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Daylight robbery is very easily visible and Huawei is one of them.
Refused warranty claim with no evidence
My phone stopped working within the warranty period but Huawei rejected the claim saying the phone had water damage. The only evidence supplied to support this was a blurred photo of the inside of a phone displaying a serial number different from my phone’s. They have done everything possible to avoid dealing with my complaint, refusing to give me a copy of the complaints process, repeatedly saying they will issue a letter of deadlock but then not, and finally just ignoring my written complaint. Awful. Will never buy from them again.
Ordered a Huawei 8in tablet and
Ordered a Huawei 8in tablet and received within 24 hours of ordering. 4 emails confirming each stage. Very impressed with product and service. Highly recommend. Bill.
HUAWEI store online had some good…
HUAWEI store online had some good offers and the product itself is ok however their customer service and dealing with a return is beyond shocking, 4 times I have called to arrange a collection from useless DHL and I’m still waiting, you just get fobbed off, if you can’t sort yourself out then leave the UK, simple really
I bought a Huawei Honor 10 Lite in…
I bought a Huawei Honor 10 Lite in August this year. It stopped working today. I bought it at Argos who weren't interested in my problem until I'd spoken with Huawei. Ever tried contacting Huawei? Don't bother. Their website troubleshooter doesn't recognise a phone that won't switch on. There seems to be more than one reason why the Government won't use Huawei. Steer clear. Samsung make great phones and so do many other manufacturers.
Do not buy Huawei watch Gt2
Do not buy Huawei watch Gt2. I have had watch from Feb 2020 charger has set itself on fire. It's pass it's 6 months warranty for charger and 3 month cable warranty what rubbish warranty. Have highlighted this to Huawei it could of burnt part of the house down and this needs to be checked. All they want to do is sell me a new charger and cable. It's a joke 🤣. Really. Back to Samsung it is.
