No respons on MANY mails asking for track and trace
On the 8th June i ordered a Tekno model (70810) from their webpage and recieved a ordercomfirmation on the 10 th june, and i can also see that the money is payed on the 10 . I didnt hear anything else from them , wrote then asking for a track and trace number , didnt hear anything. On the end of June i wrote them again, asking for a track and trace so i can see the package is send , again nothing , and than every day in a week i wrote them to 2 diffrent mail adresses, no respons..... I have giving up hope on ever recieving my tekno truck from them , PERHAPS it is send , but it never ended up in Danish custums. What i really cant understand is Heilan toys is unwilling to answer any mails i send to them . The track and trace is their prove that the package is send , now they havent any prove . But i am DEFENTLY NOT going to buy anything from them again .This is NOT good custumer service .
One small hope is that they will resend a new truck free of charge , and with a track and trace number on it .My order number is 7492
