no refund and no comments for a returned item

I ordered a lens for my old camera, HTF confirmed the order and I received the lens 3 days later. Unfortunateley it was with a different mount. I informed HTF and, by return they send me a return label. I used it to return the wrong item item and my returned product was tracked as deliverd on august 07th,2026... Normally, I was supposed to expect a refund. In spite of my reminders on the site, I finally received an inquiry from HTF on september 11th asking me for the tracking number of my returned item. I sent it, by return, with the complete and detailed tracking history Since then, no news

Super bad client service

Super bad client service. I ordered a second hand camera on their website on the 31st of August, still haven't received any updated about shipping. I emailed support 4 times, no answer and the chat bot can't help either. I WANT A REFUND VER Y UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
