I have been wearing Merrill's for years. Saw an add for these shoes with an attractive price and thought why not give them a try. I love them. Size runs true. Sent my Merrill's to a thrift store. Will probably order another pair.

Probably was my mistake, after reading several reviews saying that the shoes are made with poor quality materials, plus the whole feeling of wearing them is wrong. At least 38% of the reviews gave a 1 star note, should have paid attention to those and not to the most likely paid good reviews. The shoes are shocking, I walked 2 blocks and almost everything felt wrong, unconfortable, lose tongue made of some thin material, imposible to keep into place. PLEASE DON'T BE AS INGENIOUS AS I WAS, THE PRODUCT IS REALLY RUBBISH.

Shoes didn't fit but trying to get return info is a joke. Cannot deal with all the issues wanted so guess I'll just reject charges with credit card company & let them deal with it. Poor service all the way around in trying to return shoes!

Do not buy these shoes. They are horrible quality and because they ship from china it's impossible to return them. I'm throwing the sneakers I purchased away because they are so bad I wouldn't even give to the homeless.

Horrible product quality!! Total rip-off.
Luckily PayPal agreed and refunded my money. They tried to convince me to not file a complaint with PayPal and accept much less than my full amount (including shipping charge). They are truly a ripoff. Don’t get suckered. Products are not what they look like online.

This is a horrible company big rip-off sorry quality issues nothing like they show on their website say they have arch supports made out of leather they are sorry pieces of poop do not buy from them when you want to refund you have to send it back to China you don't get your full refund and it's a big hassle very very poor quality stay away from this website and do not buy from them sorry sorry if I could add pictures of the product that I bought I would because they are nothing like they showed on their website

Ordered shoes that claimed to have arch support and no slip soles. Shoes had NO support and plastic soles. Even though the web site advertised Free shipping and returns, they make you pay for returns and do NOT offer a full refund. AVOID this RIPOFF SITE

I am having real trouble with this company. Not only did they send the wrong color but the quality is worse than buying a $10.00 shoe at walmart. It is all false advertising. cannot get them to respond to my request for a refund.I tried to post an honest review on there advertisement and it says constantly that the post is busy try again later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I bought this tennis that was supposed to be with a good arch. I was excited until I recieved them and they look like plastic no filling in the tongue of the shoe no arch support this is a mess that they would falsely advertise these types of shoes. I will not recommend are buy from this company again. It is so sad you wait for 15 to 20 days and now you got to pay such a fee to send them back.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for my husband and after sending and communicating with Lily she suggest to get a bigger size. I'm so glad I took her advice as they fit him perfectly and so comfortable.
There was great communication back and forth through email. Took a little longer with lock down but happy with the results.

Decent qualiy, long shipping cycle, run small size wise

Ordered shoes for a man, went to check on the order and it says unfulfilled! Payment was processed and still waiting on my order.

The shoes I received are not what they said they are. Not comfortable. No cushion inter sole. You feel everything you step on. False advertising. Cheap shoes are more comfortable.

the merchandise is JUNK. When trying to return. They try to bargain the amount to return. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DIHONEST

Addendum. They offered a 50% discount and let me keep the product which I donated to charity.

Placed an order based on an advertised product on 2/10. The order arrived 3/4 and was not as represented. I reached out and was told if I wanted to return I needed to cover return shipping to China.
The order was for less than the China shipping.
In no way did the offer online appear to be from outside the country. I will never order from this site again even though they covered well who it was on the order site.
