Buyer beware!
Buyer beware as the Variable Speed Wet Stone Polisher has no Guarantee!
I purchased this polisher along with a couple of other products. I was sent the dry polisher by mistake and after I complained, I was then sent the correct polisher. I am a property developer and purchased this because the countertop installer made many mistakes and seamed unable to rectify them. Hence because of negotiation the polisher stayed untouched on a dry shelf for 5 months. When I came to use it, the variable speed did not work! After sending the requested video, HSW said it was out of guarantee (at 5 months) and would look at it but the postage was down to me. Money is not my problem and clearly I should have purchased a better brand which I now will do, but do I want to send it back for HSW to tell me it will cost £100 to repair? I think not. Clearly HSW do not have faith in this product or they would put a guarantee on it! So buyers beware and notice (unlike me) that there are no guarantees on there products!
UPDATE: I wrote a 5* review on HSW's site for some discs I purchased which was put up, but I also wrote a 1* review on this polisher which was not put up!
Clearly this company is fraudulent, as unfortunately reviews are rather necessary these days in order to assess whether new companies are genuine or not. If you look at my other 80 reviews, you will find that I always praise a company if they give good service as I believe genuine reviews help to show the true picture.
