Candidate Experience
I was a candidate interviewing for a position. On the first interview the recruiter was 10 minutes late. The recruiter turned out to be the most helpful of any of the team members. The second interview with the manager I was no called no showed. I rescheduled the interview. The rescheduled second interview took place. I was told during the interview I did well and I was being moved on to the next round. The third round interview with the same manager and I was no called no showed again. I rescheduled the interview and was no called no showed again for a grand total of 3 no call no shows. I wanted the position because I felt like I would be a good fit and do well in the role. I finally moved on as I felt the interview process was probably a direct reflection of the company itself.
