Burrows 2 seater and Ottoman
Our experience started with Reema at the Tolworth showroom. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Our Burrows 2 seater and Ottoman was delivered by Raymond and Leon. We were regularly updated on their time of arrival and when they arrived the delivery went smoothly and efficiently. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Rebecca who looked after Mum and I in-store at Tolworth was delightful as was her colleague. Between them we found the perfect chair and completing the paperwork was seamless. Rebecca was super kind and helpful and deserves recognition for her efforts.

Good experience with HSL
Successful delivery of 2 armchairs by Edwin and Garry. They called ahead of time to say they were on their way and were courteous and efficient when unpacking the chairs then took all packaging away. The experience we'd had at Tolworth shop was just as good and shows that old-fashioned service, putting the customer centre-stage, is not quite dead yet !

Excellent Service from Reema at HSL
Reema at HSL Tolworth could not have been more patient, kind and knowledgeable in helping my disabled mother choose the right chair for her. Reema really went beyond the call of duty to explain all the option of each chair and try them so we were able to choose the right solution. I must also thank the lovely customer services ladies who organised the manufacturing of the chair so quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending HSL to family and friends.
