Brother in a care home, John from Stockton came and explained the workings of it, gave my brother David the materials to choose a covering, John was excellent now just waiting for chair to be delivered HSL give customers an excellent first class service. Thanks John on Davids behalf. PS now delivered ordered Wednesday delivered Friday . excellent.

Good Company To Deal With
Lovely leather chair - Hamilton swivel recliner and foot stool. However, it arrived with a light base instead of the dark one I ordered. The delivery men, Craig and Danny, were so efficient, friendly and apologetic. Advised me what to do. Can't fault them! When I rang up,the matter was dealt with and a new chair will be delivered with a darker base. Meanwhile I can use the wrong one. Excellent follow up to a complaint. Disappointing but all will be resolved!

Great sales service
We wanted to purchase a reclining chair for our mam ,John P the salesman came to her hone with a demo model john was very informative and friendly and patient made mam feel relaxed and after some time she decided what she wanted, john went through all the prices and what extras we could purchase with the chair and mam felt very comfortable with John even though we were with her aswell. Mam is now looking forward to her new chair coming .

We booked a demo of our chosen chair and the moment that John walked in he put us at ease he was so calm and friendly we soon felt that we had known him for years. Nothing was a trouble to him we had no feeling of being pushed into a sale. We certainly made him put the chair through its many functions a few times. John was never put out at all and was so kind and patient.

We were greeted by Luke who made us very welcome with a coffee and biscuits while we tried the recommended chairs. Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in making our choice.
