Outstanding knowledge and patience of the staff at Southampton, with special thanks to Brian. The quality of the armchairs is outstanding...minor quibble..head office initially had not applied my payment of the balance..ahead of time..and initially said that I still owed it. One chair ( Aysgarth ) was delivered without the protective arm sleeves which are still awaited

Products are expensive and some of the sale options are misleading .

From the assistant in the showroom to the lovely delivery guys, Jason and Ashley, the customer experience and quality of products would take some beating. Very courteous, understanding and knowledgable. I'm feeling envious of my mum's new adjustable bed already!

Andy and Wayne kept us very much in the picture with delivery. They were courteous, helpful and polite. They were patient when setting the furniture in position. I thoroughly recommend HSL.

Botley, Southampton store. Fantastic. Star of the show was Eric, lovely young man and made our visit very enjoyable. He certainly knows his stuff. We spent a very informative hour and a half and made our choice and are looking forward to our new sofas arriving in a few weeks.
The sofas they have in the showroom are lovely. They cater for every whim. Modern or traditional.

Fabulous service. No hard sell, just a great effort to offer the right product. Very knowledgeable team, not just of the product, but also from a healthcare standpoint. Very reassuring, and made an apprehensive customer fully at ease. Delivery was very quick, and the follow up was immediate.

I needed a recliner chair with some urgency and HSL provided an excellent service. Eric and Valentine came to my home and demonstrated possible chairs. The decision was easy to make and the whole buying experience seamless. Delivery was spot on and I now have a comfortable recliner which absolutely fits my needs.

I purchased a chair from HSL and was delighted with the chair. I took my husband in to the shop to buy a chair.Once again the customer service was outstanding,Patricia .our Client consultation was so helpfuland did not pressurize us at all .We were given plenty of time to make our choice and Patricia helped guide us on the colour and choice of leather as well as advising on the best size of chair.

Valentine & Eric arrived to show, demonstrate and advise on the best chair for my situation / condition. Nothing was too much trouble and their concern was clearly to make sure that I had the opportunity to choose the right chair at the right price. Also excellent order management when the material I had chosen was no longer immediately available and would add a further 12 weeks to my order. So with some assistance a different material was chosen that did not require a delay to the order. Great service.
