Hi. I was very impressed with my whole experience. Very old school and Rachel at Solihull was so professional. The men who delivered it explained everything to me and were on time. Excellent service. Id highly recommend them to anyone

I had heard of the HSL reputation so when I decided to buy a recliner chair, I thought I would go straight to the experts. The Specialist who assisted me was everything I had hoped she would be. Rachel was very knowledgeable and efficient, totally professional and very friendly. My whole experience in store was first class. And I was delighted with the choice of designs and fabrics and options. I visited the store a couple of times before deciding on the design and always felt welcome and under no pressure. I'm really thrilled with my choice and the in-store experience was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and Rachel went the extra mile. Thank you!

From walking into the showroom at Shirley Solihull and speaking to Michael to delivery by Lee and Carl everything was good. Really pleased with the 2 Bramham chairs that we purchased. You don’t realise until you sit on an HSL chair what you’ve been missing, these chairs are so comfortable and are perfect for our needs. The delivery guys positioned the chairs exactly where they would work for us and explained the workings of them. So well made. Would definitely recommend and very pleased we chose HSL

Staff was friendly, customer toliet was very very clean and fresh, nothing was to much trouble, wasn't pushing to you buy a chair, explain all the cost.

We found HSL via Google as we were looking for a suitable chair for my Mum who is disabled.
Our experience was absolutely fantastic from arrival.
When pulling up outside the showroom the rain was absolutely terrible and we were immediately flanked by two ladies with Umbrellas! They escorted us in after helping me get Mum into her Wheelchair and made sure she was safe and as dry as possible.
They listened attentively to Mums needs and preferences and selected some appropriate examples that matched her descriptions.
Having settled on one chair, they made Mum feel extremely comfortable.
They made sure the Chair supported her in the correct places and was the appropriate height for her. Basically they did everything they possibly could to make sure my Mums needs were met.
I can't recommend this place enough!

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the shop we were treated like we had known Rachel for years,she opened the door with a smile on her face and introduced herself and welcomed us into the shop, she took us straight over to the chairs that we were interested in and explained to us how they measure you up for your chair, she then took us over to another chair that was much more suited to my mom and she told us about what the recliner could do and then left my mom to have a go with the controls herself while she went and made us a drink and my mom looked so happy and comfortable in it Rachel then came back and she told us about the different colours and other accessories that we could have with it.

Our salesman, Michael, was excellent. He managed the sale in a very subtle way. Giving us the chance to make our choices and then leading us through the sale

We had a friendly greeted at the door by a knowledgeable lady, who quickly took us to see exactly what we were looking for. After explaining all the options to us we were able to place our order straight away.

Lovely shop and staff were very professional and friendly.

Knew all about their product and gave us time to choose without pressure of a sale.

All in all very good experience

Excellent service from Rachel and Vickie exceed all expectations.
Rachel communicated several times to ensure product (Sofa) was fit for purpose.

Kim was marvellous at helping to choose a suitable chair for my uncle.
In advance of choosing a chair I would now recommend that you take measurements of the user BEFORE visiting a showroom. Kim was extremely patient with me having to phone my uncle and getting his carer to take the measurements.
As the chair will take 6-8 weeks to make and deliver, I cannot comment on the product, just the experience of choosing a chair, which was great.

We received our HSL Leather Chairs - absolutely beautiful and so well made. We are thrilled with them so thank you so much. Paul and Paul, who delivered our chairs were super - had quite a tricky time getting the chairs inside, around corners etc., but they did it despite how extremely heavy they were - all with a smile and super customer service in mind - so professional. You are both a credit to your company. Thank you.
