A positive experience
Tracey at the Shrewsbury branch was really helpful and patient when my elderly relative was choosing a riser recliner chair. The customer was able to try out many different models at her leisure. Tracey was very knowledgeable and explained all the important points in detail, making sure that the right size and fit of chair was chosen.

They weren’t pushy but very clear and knowledgeable about their product. We found a discrepancy between the shop and the web and were very quick to put it right. It was nice to relax with a drink and biscuits too while enjoying the comfort of a chair we were trying out. We went away to think but returned after the weekend to buy.we now wait for the delivery.

I was greeted by Lisa. She helped me choose my fireside chair details - my second purchase from them. She was very friendly and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. A company you can trust. Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing time spent there, and also the coffee and biscuits! Would recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful, didn't seem that we walked into shop, but called into a friend's house for a chat and a cuppa. Tracey at the Shrewsbury branch made us feel welcome. My father received his recliner within a week and he is totally enjoying it.

We were impressed with the company contact.
We viewed chairs in the Shrewsbury showroom helped by John. We didn’t feel rushed at any time.
We were contacted with suggested dates for delivery of our chairs.
The company were very helpful arranging a date suitable for us and them.
We were contacted to be informed for an accurate delivery time on the day.
Delivery was made and we were asked if we needed any further help before the fitters left.
They were polite and considerate delivering into our bungalow.

Efficient furniture delivery
Arrived early which suited us well. Paul and Thomas were very polite and friendly and were very efficient in bringing in the new chairs & sofa and putting them together. They ensured the chairs and sofa were in the correct place in our living room.
They demonstrated the use of the hand control and ensured we were happy with the chairs & sofa before they left. They also advised who to contact if there were any problems.

Having had such friendly
Having had such friendly, knowledgeable service when looking for a bed for an elderly relative we went back when looking for 2 Stressless chairs. Having visited other local furniture stores we came back to HSL Shrewsbury because of our past experience. We were greeted by Tracey who impressed us with her knowledge of all of the range available, size, design, bases and the difference between the 4 grades of leather available.
