HSL Chairs - Rotherham Reviews 

Went to to Rotherham branch twice. Saw Mark first then Louise. Not pressed either time - tried every chair while husband and daughter chatted and drank tea! Finally decided on two chairs and sofa. Uncertain about which fabric then Louise showed me a different chair made up in that pattern so I could see how it looked. Both Mark and Louise showed real interest in us and it was a pleasant experience

Mark was so helpful, patient and caring when I visited with my elderly mother
He spent ages making sure she chose the right chair.
I highly appreciate him to help anyone who is interested in superior comfort and expert advice

Had lovley chat and service from Mark. From holding the door open to getting exactly what we wanted. There was no rush. No pressure. He made a lovley cup of hot chocolate and that came with lush biceps. We didn't realise we had been over 2 hours in the shop and that was down to what most shops lack these days, Excellent Customer Service. We went in as customers and left like we had made a new friend. We had purchased from you before a few years ago and the same kind of service was given then. That's why we returned. So roll on till I get my new recliner. Thank you

From the time my mum walked into the shop to the delivery of her furniture she has received great service.

Mum was not rushed or pressured when she was deciding what furniture to buy. All her questions were answered clearly and the staff were very knowledgeable about the products, listening to my mum and providing great advice.

Delivery was on time. They were respectful of my mum’s home. They assembled the settee and chair and explained how the chair worked. They answered my mums questions and didn’t mind when they had to repeat themselves until my mum was satisfied she understood how to work the chair.

Thank you everyone for a great experience.

Delivery team of Ian and Paul arrived promptly and were very helpful

My mum needed a rise and recline chair and saw an advert for HSL so we visited our nearest showroom in Rotherham.
It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Our comfort specialist was Lynn and she was lovely, so knowledgeable, patient and caring and got my mum exactly what she needed.
Not only that we were served tea & biscuits which was a lovely surprise.
The chair has now arrived and is perfect and a big thankyou to Ian & Paul who delivered it.They were very kind & courteous to mum.

My mum and I went to the HSL showroom in Rotherham to look for a riser recliner chair.

All the staff we met were very friendly, approachable and thoughtful, but a special thanks goes to Christine who dealt with us.

There was no hard sell or pressure and we weren’t rushed at all. Instead, Chrstine spent a lot of time with us, helping my mum find the right chair. Even then, she provided us with a quote and we returned a couple days later to order. Again, on our second visit we were treated with every kindness.

In addition to the great service, my mum benefited by visiting the showroom as it allowed her to try several different chairs. This proved to be exceptionally important as the slightest change in size and shape made a huge difference in her comfort levels. She ended up ordering a different chair to the one we’d seen online.

We’ve only just ordered the chair, so this review relates only to our experience at the Rotherham showroom, but on those terms I would highly recommend trying HSL.

Very helpful staff in Angela and Mark both had a wealth of knowledge. Looking forward to getting our new sofa and chair. Thankyou Bev Marshall.

Excellent from start to finish! My mother couldn't be happier with her new HSL chair. Brilliant personal service in the Rotherham showroom on our two visits. Chair was also ready a couple of weeks earlier than estimated. On the delivery day Craig and Danny couldn't have been more polite and helpful, introducing themselves, being careful and tidy, and fully explaining the features and operation of the chair.

Craig and Danny delivered my father-in-laws chair today. They did a great job, were very respectful, positioned the chair where we wanted it and took time to show him how to use it.

Excellent service and delivery.
Angela at Bramley HSL was extremely helpful when I was choosing my Stressless chair. Ian and Paul the delivery guys came early, which was great, and installed my chair in our living room. All went very smoothly.

Excellent Customer service from Angela at Rotherham. She provided detailed product information for the range of chairs we were interested in and helpful guidance as to the chairs features including the orthopaedic aspects which we thought outstanding.
Overall a very informative consultation which provided us with sufficient information to make our purchase decision with no hesitation.

Our vist was a made a pleasant experience due to the very helpful staff, Christine & her colleagues...they were very patient and explained everything about the items that were were interested in

Needed a higher seat sofa as my legs aren't what they use d to be so we visited the Rotherham store. We were welcomed by Louise who did a great job in explaining everything. We had already seen a sofa we fancied and there was one in the showroom so we were able to try it out straight away whilst enjoying tea and biscuits ,no pressure at all to buy. We ordered two of the sofa's we had decided on and the whole process was straightforward.
Fast forward six weeks and our order was delivered by a couple of great guys Danny and Carl.
All in all a good service and we are delighted with our new furniture.

Ian and Paul arrived as notified and were polite and courteous. We were disappointed because my wife had to move two sets of drawers,which were heavy, and Ian and Paul didn't offer to help. Finally they knocked some plaster off a wall.

We visited the Rotherham store and were served by Mark. He couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. He took time to demonstrate, assess and answer all our questions and was very attentive.

Our experience was fine who can refuse a cuppa and a waggon wheel when shopping. We went with the Italian made two seater sofa and we hope that it will give as good a service as the HSL three seater service that we have had for 5 years or more. Time will tell.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We chose at the showroom and could try all the options. It was made to order. Estimated delivery in 6 -8 weeks, it was ready early. Delivery by Carl F and Lee R. They were friendly and professional, put the furniture in place and took all the rubbish away. The furniture is simply gorgeous exceptional quality. Although it was chosen for husbands poor mobility, it would look lovely in any home. Buy with confidence, exceptional service.
