They came out to Mums house as she is unable to go to a store and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect service
We needed a chair asap for my 95 year old father,the ladies at the shop were amazing and so helpful it was a Saturday afternoon just before 3pm and they said 3 working days for delivery but said as they couldn’t book the delivery until Monday it could possible Thursday morning.
But …. Monday morning at 9:30am I received a call to say it would be Tuesday.
The chair was delivered on Tuesday @1pm the two delivery men brought the chair up very steep steps set it all up and my father loves it !
Thank you to all involved I would highly recommend this company

Visited the Dewsbury store today. 3 lovely ladies really helped me and my mum who has advanced Parkinson’s. They were so nice to us all including giving my girls treats and drinks whilst they waited. Thank you for making this so easy for us x

We had consultation with a Lovely lady & Gent & they were Brilliant with our Dad who has Alzheimer’s for 2 reclining chairs, we have now had to put him in a home, before the actual delivery, but the Delivery drivers Paul & Jon were Superb & very kind, They had to deliver one up to the Home & also to Dads home, & nothing was a bother, they even helped move furniture in my Dads new room so we could get the Chair in to fit! Excellent service & Very much Appreciated, ThankYou Paul & Jon, 👍🏼

Alex was friendly and helpful. He delivered our new sofa in a professional manner, providing floor covering for the new carpet and taking his shoes off as it was a rainy day. On mentioning a problem with out HSL riser recliner which we had had for only 4 weeks, he quickly had a look and realising the problem he rang to arrange a technician to come out. All in all I am very pleased with the service.

The staff were very polite and friendly, they were very knowledgeable about the items they were selling.They didn't push you to buy and let you look round,when you were ready they to talk they was very helpful and talk about all the different size chairs and which was best for me and my husband.They even have my dog a drink of water and made a fuss of which she loved.
