My wife and I visited HSL Coventry to look to purchase a lounge chair we were met by two lovely ladies Michelle and Kaye who made us very welcome
There knowledge and advice was first class, the products they showed us was to the standard we required and we ended up making a purchase

Craig and Mark were brilliant delivering my furniture with care and consideration making sure it was placed where we wanted and explaining the controls on the riser recliner chair,etc. The whole process from choosing in-store with Lyn's help and the arrival in our home was faultless.

Lyn, at the Coventry store, was exceptional. From the moment we walked in she was welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive while we browsed the sofas. Nothing was too much trouble or rushed, even providing tea and coffee with biscuits. The whole experience was a pleasure and would highly recommend a visit to the Coventry store with Lyn. Thank you

From entering the shop to enquire about furniture we were greeted by very polite friendly staff who made us feel welcome,They showed us many types of furniture until we selected our suite, It has been delivered earlier than expected by two very polite staff Chris and Terry who assembled the furniture and made sure everything was working correctly and then explained to my wife and I exactly how everything worked,they removed all packaging and left us to enjoy our new furniture which is excellent in every way.

Great service throughout our experience. Spent time in store to really listen to our needs. Explained everything well, not cheap chairs but worth the money. Good communication throughout. Delivery guys were excellent, were exactly on time and very quick to install.

I was looking for a swivel chair and the Stressless from HSL looked just the job and the HSL store was not too far away. Good selection there and the pleasant and helpful sales lady advised me on the various options. I picked the one I wanted and went away happy with my choice. Delivery was made today. I was given a date and range of time the delivery would be made. The delivery driver, Carl, rang me 15 minutes before arrival. Chair delivered successfully and still very happy with my choice.

Yesterday my husband and I visited HSL Coventry. We had slight difficulty finding their showroom within the shopping complex as it’s tucked away in a hidden corner, but once found everything went well! Nanette was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We were then offered coffee and biscuits whilst our order was processed, paperwork and payment done. We would highly recommend HSL Coventry.

5star all the way great delivery and service from start to finish. We have never had a five star experience until now!! We highly recommend HSL

The welcome that we received in the Coventry store. We had time to walk around and browse and when we spotted the chair we were interested in we had help, information and guidance. Your staff were very polite and patient, aiding us to compare measurements. We did not feel pressurised in any way and once we were sure what we wanted to do we were guided through the process and able to ask questions or clarification.

The staff were super helpful when I visited there store at the Warwickshire retail park. Delivery was good to very quick and official. Two delivery guys Edwin and Garry, delivered my sofa with no problem. Very friendly and explain how the recliner part worked and made sure it all worked before they left. Would definitely recommend this company!

The ladies were very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble.
