Fantastic product and service
From walking into the Chester store, right through to delivery, the service received from HSL has been exemplary.
The furniture was bought for parents (in their 90’s) and the staff never rushed them or pressured them into any purchase.
The delivery team (Alex and Dean) were friendly, polite and very helpful, making sure that the sofa and chairs were fully assembled and put in the correct place.
We cannot fault HSL.

Excellent service at all levels
Excellent service in store, lots of information and choice to take in but the salesman Richard was wonderful. Great communication from them after ordering and pre delivery. The delivery guys Craig and Lee were superb, nothing was too much trouble and they didn't rush off to their next job until we were happy, other companies should take a leaf out of their book of what customer service is all about, totally brilliant.

Fantastic service and advice
Libda our sales consultant was fantastic and went out of her way to help us find the right solution, there was no pressure to buy she encouraged us to take time to decide. When we realised the next day we had our measurements wrong Linda and the team helped us work through the options to find a solution that did work.

Sales Team are very nice indeed
Sales Team are very nice indeed, they leave you to wander around and sit as long as you like on the chairs and sofas.
When you need assistance they are there to help and are very knowledgeable on HSL products.

A welcome buying experience
The staff were all very welcoming , especially Tyra who took great care in assisting us to find the right chair for our specific requirements, also in choosing the correct design of fabric to suit our decor. We had visited the Chester site previously prior to our purchase and again found the staff helpful but in no way pushy. The fact that the furniture is made in Yorkshire England is also a great plus

My experience
Tyra was so helpful she showed me how to control the chair and helped me find the right chair for me. I felt very happy coming out the shop with my purchase. She also gave my two flat whites while I had time to test out the Chair, and a tin of biscuits and tea bags to take home which was a lovely gesture.
