Wanted to make an addition to previous order was dealt with by Hannah efficiently

Nice staff, very attentive, all round good experience

This was our second visit to HSL at Brierley Hill, and we received a warm welcome from Beverley. Bev enquired as to which items we may be interested in, this being a good Back Support Chair. We were directed to items that may be suitable and then offered a nice cup of tea and biscuits. We were not pressured into making a purchase, just left to try different chairs out in our own time.
Bev was very helpful with different suggestions, on support etc.
We did purchase a chair and look forward to receiving it.
The store was very clean and tidy and everything displayed nicely.
All in all, what sets HSL apart is the brilliant customer store experience. You are treated as a customer should be!

Bought a riser recliner from the Brierley Hill store. Our sales person Wendy was lovely and very knowledgeable. Our delivery team Paul D and Jon were great. A delightful experience and a fantastic product. Chair us excellent quality and worth every penny

My wife & I were very impressed with Sam who helped us choose & try various chairs that we wanted to purchase. Sam was empathic, listened carefully & gave sensible advice accordingly. Sam was new & was helped by Ray. Overall well done we would recommend HSL.

Went to HSL show room to purchase a chair for my Nan.
Bev and Ray were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products.
We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything.

We spent a few hours in the store with Bev and ended up buying a new chair and bed.

Visited your Brierley Hill showroom on Sunday. Beverley was very welcoming and provided excellent customer care with her pleasant and patient attitude.Throughout our visit she was very clear about the features of the chairs, ensuring that my sister was comfortable sitting in the chair that she eventually chose. Details of the process after ordering were provided clearly so we had no concerns about timelines and the delivery of the chair

We visited the Brierley Hill Store to look for a chair for my Husband who has been suffering with his back.
We were greeted by Bev and she showed us chairs, which my husband tried. We were given lots of information and then she left us try the chairs. It was a very comfortable, easy and informative visit. Bev checked the chair he particularly felt comfortable in, to see if it was supporting his body. We then completed the sale in a very relaxed and informative way. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Ray greeted us with the warmest, most welcoming smile the moment we stepped into the Brierley Hill store. His friendliness and positive energy instantly put us at ease, and we took to him straight away. I told him what I was looking for, and he went above and beyond—showing us around, explaining everything clearly, and making sure we understood all the details.
He was incredibly patient and even took the time to share the full history of HSL with us, over a cup of tea and biscuits! which was genuinely fascinating. His passion and knowledge really shone through.
I can wholeheartedly recommend!
