Excellent service, bringing furniture to test into my home. Very good quality. Bev was Knowledgeable and helpful and very patient while my mother decided on furniture options.

The sales person Bev was friendly helpful but not pushy. We were able to speak to Bev each time we went into the store at Brierley Hill.
We were unable to choose the delivery day as we had to fit in with when the transport was coming our way, which was a bit difficult. The delivery men were also helpful. One noticed a loose thread and an upholsterer can within 2 days and sorted the problem.

Paul and Numan were very efficient and thorough when they delivered my new riser recliner. They were friendly but professional as well. The chair arrived in only 4 weeks and is beautifully made. I love it. I would thoroughly recommend HSL from order to delivery.

Bev @ Brierley Hill was great ... explaining options fully during the home visit, letting us try different models and making sure Mum had the most suitable chair for her needs. Great service!

What impressed us was the patience and helpfulness of the person who dealt with us at the Brierley Hill store. Bev also gave us good advice as we tried out various chairs and sofas, and later on chose a fabric.
We also found the store a pleasant environment to view the products and make our decision.
We are at the stage where we are awaiting a date of delivery of our chair and sofa. They felt very comfortable in the store, and are good for our posture.

This morning we received a furniture brochure through the post which helped us to confirm our choice. Nice staff, very attentive, all round good experience

This was our second visit to HSL at Brierley Hill, and we received a warm welcome from Beverley. Bev enquired as to which items we may be interested in, this being a good Back Support Chair. We were directed to items that may be suitable and then offered a nice cup of tea and biscuits. We were not pressured into making a purchase, just left to try different chairs out in our own time.
Bev was very helpful with different suggestions, on support etc.
We did purchase a chair and look forward to receiving it.
The store was very clean and tidy and everything displayed nicely.
All in all, what sets HSL apart is the brilliant customer store experience. You are treated as a customer should be!

Bought a riser recliner from the Brierley Hill store. Our sales person Wendy was lovely and very knowledgeable. Our delivery team Paul D and Jon were great. A delightful experience and a fantastic product. Chair us excellent quality and worth every penny
