I ordered 3 bra's after wearing one I…

I ordered 3 bra's after wearing one I decided it didn't fit properly so I wanted to send the other two back for a refund. They are in the original unopened boxes. I followed the return guidelines but have gotten nowhere. I just want someone to e-mail me a return label. Is that so hard? I reordered 2 in the correct size.

Well made bras 😁you will not be disappointed. And the price…for us much larger girl you understand that it hard to find a beautiful bra with so many colors plus price well. You just can’t beat it.

You communication is very poor

You communication is very poor. I placed the order with you on the 23rd but the 29th I ask you what’s the delay still no response and is the third of a new month I ordered from your company before in the order came within like two business days I just wanna know what’s the hold up communication is power.

I had a great experience with HSIA

I had a great experience with HSIA. When my bras did not fit they aided my requests and helped me find a new size that fits and helped me deal with the whole process with ease! It’s clear they really believe in their product. Would highly recommend!

Refunds impossible?

Like many other here I have tried to contact them several times to arrange a refund and have had no response and it’s been weeks now. They need to change their return process as it seems a consistent issue. Hoping complaining here might get a response as it has for others but there must be a better way!

I like your product, but

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. I contacted you regarding my underwear purchase more than 10 days ago, but I still haven’t received any proper response—just irrelevant replies. This is completely unacceptable. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint and request a full refund.

I have contacted them 5 times and two…

UPDATE: After two weeks of trying to contact them and then leaving this review, they immediately refunded my money! I will definitely order from them again, but try to make sure it’s nothing I plan on returning. The quality and fit of the bras is great and they come in so many hard to find sizes.

I have contacted them 5 times and two different ways (email and chat message via their website) to make a return, and I still haven’t received a response from them!! My daughter loves their bras, but this is the first time we’ve tried to do a return!

Hard to contact for Returns

Edit: They responded to my request to return the day I posted here and the refund was processed, so trustworthy. Just hard to connect with.

Hi I wanted to order directly from the HSIA website to prevent scams. I received my order and they were beautiful. HOWEVER, some versions of bras that I ordered did not suit me, so I wanted to initiate a return. I have tried to reach out through their online chat, emails, and multiple social media accounts, and NO responses. It has been 12 days since my initial message and I am worried that they will not honor their return policy.

I ordered a bra and matching panties

I ordered a bra and matching panties. Only the bra was delivered. The last time I did this the bra and panties ( the bra was delivered to my address and the panties to another address). This may have been an error by the delivery people because both parcels had the same address .

Company has responded positively.

Delivery was swift. However, the company response is awful. Since receiving my order, I’ve attempted several times to initiate a refund as the bras don’t fit properly. Per their online instructions, I’ve emailed them with “urgent” in the subject line. I’ve checked my spam folder. The company has simply failed to respond to my email requests to provide a return address so that I can return their merchandise and receive my refund. I don’t want to involve my credit card company, but HSIA is not giving me too much of a choice. I just want to return their merchandise and receive my refund.

Since my initial review, the company has contacted me. The issue has been resolved.
