I was skeptical at first as its hard to…

I was skeptical at first as its hard to find bras for lager chested women that actually support and look nice. The sizing was perfect and the fit was excellent. The bra does what is says and I was also very happy with the price. Once I tried the bra on, I went to the website and ordered a second one right away.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

Well, to start: I’ve absolutely been a repeating Customer! I previously had a much larger bra size ranging from 36I-42M throughout a period of weight loss. This summer I purchased several of the Daisy Smooth Lace Lightly Padded Longline Underwire Strapless Balconette Bras in Black and Tan in a 36I cup and they fit me fabulously! Their sizing chart is spot on and these bra DID THEIR JOB supporting me and allowing me to wear square neck and strapless styles that I never would’ve been able to wear before. 100% big booby friendly!! Well, come October, I ended up getting a breast reduction and now I’m a 34C. You bet your bottom dollar I went back and re-ordered the Daisy balconette bras (in the staple black and tan colors). Honestly, at first I ordered a 34C, but when they arrived, I felt like the band was great, but the cup itself was a bit too narrow, so I submitted it for an exchange for a 34D through their returns process and that customer service was immaculate! It can take them 1-2 business days to respond via email, but they always did and their policies always take care of and favor the customer. They ended up sending me a test bra in the 34D, and when I confirmed that that new size worked, they immediately shipped the remaining color. They also told me that in line with their policies they would love for me to donate the original (2) 34C bras to a local womens shelter nearby. How kind is that! Anyway, like I said, definitely a repeat customer. I’ve also purchased the Enchante Bra (love her!) for myself and numerous other nightgowns and lingerie sets as lingerie shower gifts for my friends in their bridal era. I found HSIA as a big booby girly (IYKYK) and fell in love with them, but I have stayed loyal and continued to love their products as a smaller booby girly as well!

The bras are so flimsy!

The bras are so flimsy. The fabric is not quality. No idea how you can advertise with CardiB at the size she is, these are total unsupportive. I'm only a C cup. I did not feel confident in a supportive form look on a shirt.

Also, the back was 'scartchy' and irritating

All of my bras are way too big

All of my bras are way too big. I tried the chat and was not able to chat with live person. There is not a working telephone number that I have located to speak with Customer Service at HSIA. I wanted to switch out a bra then finally, I emailed back that I accepted the replacement process and STILL NO TEST BRA YET.

I spent over $200 in bras from you all and I cannot speak with anyone nor can I get a response to my issue. This is my first order with your company...So sad!
