Its the best online education i have ever seen

The videos were easy to listen to and follow, not to complicated. I liked the summary at the end of each module made answering the questions a bit easier

Easy to watch - easy to understand - great fun cartoons

Nice evenly paced course with plenty of information. Good price compared to others that I looked at and covered everything that I needed.

Informative and easy to follow.
Less 1☆ because would've preferred to read the transcript or play audio faster and skip the unnecessary stereotyped graphics.

I've sat a few of these courses over the years, and I think this was the best. It was constructed in a perfect way, to make every important point easy to understand. Format was well executed

This course has the required safety information, but the spelling is woeful, as is the grammar - and the cartoon people speak as if they are related to the voice on the underground. I was really surprised that anyone would let something of such poor quality - that has clearly not been checked by anyone who can speak English - go out on general release. I often missed a safety point because I was looking to see why the wrong spelling or word had been used, and that definitely detracted from the experience, as I felt I was being told the information by someone who really didn't care.

Very explanatory and understandable. Anyone with no computer training could do the course online

The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I know you have to set it at a certain level for people who are maybe not as confident to do it online but it serves the purpose it’s designed for

Found it very informative from the start , and it helped me to what was needed on each Module to understand and remember what each module contained and know the right Answer and gain my Certificate, 'excellent' .

It was so quick and simple to purchase the lesson I needed. It was immediately available to me after paying. I managed to complete it in one sitting just an average afternoon. Then you obtain your certificate if you get the right amount of questions correct. Thankfully I did, it was knowledge I mainly already had in my head, just needed to recap with the course and get a recognised certificate. I’ve printed it and added to my cv so hopefully that will help me gain employment soon.

Training is nicely worded in laymans terms so all can understand. Each example is approriately aimed at any business sector

A well presented set of modules - simple videos that use model figures to present facts in a variety of voices bringing the watchers attention back to different points.
A good speed of presentation with an acceptable level of content within each module. Good review at end of each module. I did this course purely to see whether it was suitable for a varied group of people, and I have to say there would be some who found it slow and some who lost some of the information, but as an average I think it fits the general requirement for introductory standards for those going to be working in this field. There is an over emphasis on prep, or maybe an under emphasis on how preparation, and handling feed into front of house. Overall I will be using this with starter level staff - probably as 3 separate sessions not just one as I did it, but each session is about right for average lengths of concentration and ability to absorb information.

Very easy to use. The videos are great and a little refresh at the end of each model helps. Would definitely recommend 😊

Although the content was fine, I found the gener stereotypical cartoons, spelling mistakes in the text and the mis-pronouncitation of some words very annoying.
