HS Direct great service.

I was impressed with the guys at HS Direct, both Scott McCutcheon who walked me through the package options and Marc Taylor who got me set up on the system.

I can't thank these guys and the HS Direct Team enough for their support and great communication throughout the process.

Going forward with Solution Host

We currently have the Solution Host package for some two and a half years now and if honest we believe the package is not being used to it's full capability.
A teams meeting was arranged with Daniel Moore, HS Direct to ascertain if there was more to our package than just risk assessments, method statements and COSHH.
Dan was brilliant in explaining the contents to our package outlining areas we could promote like Incidents, Near Misses and accidents and other areas
that could be investigated.
Overall Dan that was a really good meeting and thank you.

I've used Hs direct before

I've used Hs direct before, and I knew they were a good company and straight from the start Roger Simpson got everything sorted for me and went through how there system worked and help me get through my smas assessment with ease . Highly recommend

Marc has been above and beyond helpful in our startup business.
Offering excellent knowledge and expertise in our field.
Cannot recommend HSDirect highly enough. Full bank of knowledge and a lot of tools included in the package. the combined H&S portal along with submissable RAMS is an admin timesaver.
Our contact Marc always on hand to answer queries and a response within minutes.

Great company brilliant service

I have used this company before to download risk assessments when needed but as the company has grown we needed to be better set for Health and Safety. Jake was so helpful (not pressured) in organising the right package for us at a very reasonable cost and set everything up very quickly. I then received a training session from Marc who very patiently walked me through their system, which is very user friendly. I felt very confident and supported from both Jake and Marc who are just an email or phone call away if I have any questions.

Iv just had a teams meeting with Marc

Iv just had a teams meeting with Marc, to help run me through our new health & safety package . Marc certainly knows his stuff & was very clear in explaining how to complete our RAMs correctly. Marc has kindly offered to help out in the future if we get any problems . I know feel confident in working with the system
