This place is a scam. Look at their BBB page. I placed an order and an item was never delivered. After reaching out to support for a refund, I was “given” store credit. Which means they sent me an email saying I had credits, but no way to apply them to orders. They are not responding to my support requests now.
Terrible company
Terrible company. They make you reach out to them if you want a return, and then they don't give you the label you ask for. I don't think a single thing someone has bought has ever been returned. DO NOT BUY
Excellent customer service
Was concerned about them not having enough products for middle age group so I did a survey. The president of the company sent an email thanking me and making sure I was aware of new products added to the site but also many products I wasn’t aware the site already had. He was professional yet courteous and very conscientious about what I was looking for.
Highly disappointed
Highly disappointed! I ordered the bracelets my my husband and I a month ago and still haven’t received my order! They sure did take the money for it!

Cons: Way overpriced. The things that I have purchased were marked up considerably and it's much less expensive to take your hsa card and purchase the items at the store. For instance, a 44ct pack of overnight training pants is $44.99 on the HSA site. Same brand, size, and count is $29.99 at Target, Walmart and other stores. Honestly feels like I'm wasting money using the funds in the HSA store -- you get a better bang for your buck by purchasing items elsewhere, at least for the items I buy.
I came across the HSA online store
I came across the HSA online store, looked extensively, then decided to try an order. I'm pregnant and was relying on the items. Once my order was placed I got a confirmation email. Everything said 5-7 business days to ship. I waited 7 days (checking my email and account), no emails ever sent and nothing changed on my account. I decided to use the chat to ask about it. I was told that my order was flagged for fraud and canceled. With every question, I kept getting "I know how disappointing it must be to have your order canceled". Finally I said, "that doesn't state why my order was flagged as fraud". The answer I got? To call.
So I'm done with the site. Some people may have good experience, but that doesn't seem to go for me. Nor was it helpful trying to ask.
CHECK EXPIRY DATES when you receive your items. If they are close to expiry, contact HSA. Don't let them get away with selling almost expired items.
Or better yet... Order from a diffent store! Be very careful with this store. I purchased enough of a product to last about 2 years. Found out that these items expired after 4 months of receiving. When I realized, I contacted them. They refused to do anything for me because it was past their 30 day policy. In my opinion that is very dishonest. Clearly this store tries to sell items close to expiry and hope people do not notice.
Don’t bother with the “Perks” rewards scam
Don’t bother with the “Perks” rewards program.. in order to actually redeem your points, you have to build them up to earn a reward… but the points expire after only 180 days/ 6 months.. what’s the point?? Why create a points savings program where you can’t actually SAVE up the points?? You would literally have to spend at least $350 and then purchase something else within 5 months just to save $10. If you are spending that much, that often, on this site, you don’t need to save $10. It’s just a scam to get you to spend more and not save any money.

Wasteful Company & Terrible Customer Service
I was told that in order to get my perks points for the $600 order I made this morning (not even 12 hours ago) I would need to return the box the HSA Store just shipped out (I got a tracking number this evening so the box is on its way), then create a loyalty perks account, reorder the same items, and have these items reshipped to me just to get my points! What a waste of resources & terrible customer service! This issue could & should have been fixed with a few clicks on a computer. Such a shame. :( I have screen shots of the conversation to verify this review.

I just bought a stethescope but I asked to return they gave me return number but Said they well review to approve return however they never issue return label. I emailed them and chatted with them few times and promise to email me return label but never done so. they keep lying. this the worst experience do not use them.

Don't buy here
I purchased two pairs of bi-focals, one from a different website. I wore those while talking to these clowns about why it is taking so long to get my glasses. When they finally arrived the lens kept falling off. Worse part, I paid expedite fee for this. It is Dec 13, almost a month and no glasses.
Buy elsewhere!
But wait! There’s more! They repaired my glasses. And when I got them back, the other lens did same thing and was loose bouncing around in the case. So they checked the one that was defective but didn’t check the second one. Never again.
Won't Be Shopping Here Anymore
I have purchased many items from this site. Normally I have no issues. The one time I do and bring it to their attention the customer service was definitely not what I expected. I'm sure my money doesn't mean much to them, but I definitely will take my little pennies elsewhere. It's unfortunate that customer service isn't a priority when customers/consumers are what makes or breaks a company.
Misled by customer service and Horrible return policy!!
vibrathotics: $99.99. Tried them on… super noisy!! Called to return. Darrius, CSR, said no problem. Then I get email saying since I opened them I can’t return! This is WRONG.
Poor customer service and poor management.
I have been waiting on a return label from the HSA store for almost two weeks. I have chatted several times as well as placed phone calls regarding this matter. I have been given different information from every person that I spoke to regarding this. I will not purchase again from the HSA store. This has been escalated to management with no results. Poor business management and poor customer service not to mention astronomical prices.

I placed an order on Feb 28, 2022. It is March 22, 2022 and the items from my order have not even been mailed yet. Although, I spoke with 2 representatives in the last 2 weeks who both told me that my order already shipped, I spoke with a rep this morning who informed me that the other 2 reps lied since the order has not been shipped. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SHOP WITH A RELIABLE VENDOR. THIS IS NOT ONE (RELIABLE.)
GO ELSEWHERE
If you place an order with them you better make sure it's just a single item. You will not receive all the items you purchased and when you contact customer service, they will ask you the same exact questions over and over as if they're trying to catch you in a lie. Once you've completed their interrogation, they will tell you that they are issuing a refund that you will NEVER receive. One month later.......still no refund! No matter how many times you speak with them they will tell you it takes 2-3 business days to process and when you ask to speak with a supervisor or manager....SUPRISE....there are no managers available right now! I will never purchase nor recommend ANYBODY to shop here.
Won't accept unusable product return.
Bought the owelett from HSA back in Nov. During that time owlett was pulled by the FDA and I emailed support with no response. My baby was born in early Dec so I was distracted and finally called back, but was denied a return on a product I can't use because it's been over 30 days. I do not recommend HSA store.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The status was changed to “getting ready to ship” the next day. The item still hasn’t shipped and the store refuses to cancel the order. I’m pregnant - the item is related to pregnancy and therefore time sensitive. Customer service was unhelpful.
Defective product
Ordered product and it came quickly. It was defective. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 weeks and getting nothing but a run around. Emails are not replied too as they state they will be. Supposed to get an email with a store credit code and after a week that didn't come. Called and they are trying to charge me $30 more than I originally paid for it, this is not my problem, it is theirs, the product was defective. I was told by one rep that they would give me a discount to that price if they had gone up.
Tried to speak to a supervisor but conveniently there is not one available to be able to help.
Everyone of the reps have been great, this is not their fault, it is the company that is at fault.
I have to pay the extra $30 and then they will send me a refund...bet that never happens.
