Kim is amazing, she’s very helpful and explains everything so well. When I’m unsure of anything I feel comfortable to ask any questions and Kim encourages us to ask as many as we like. I’m very happy so far with Kim’s training and I’m excited to see where my future in care leads me!
Kim carried out my training before I started work, the 2 days training was full of very good useful information, Kim delivered this information very clear and ensured that everyone understood before moving onto another topic. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
