Amazing HRIC
In my 30+ years in HR, this is the best resource and support group I have ever been a part of. Always looking at ways to improve resources, working closely with members to take on board their needs. Worth every penny and a great way to network.
Valuable resouruce, worth joining
I have been working in HR for many years and belong to several paid and free HR groups. What I really like about the Inner Circle is being able to listen to high-quality presentations, ask questions and get reliable answers, which is invaluable.
I also value the FB chats with other HR professionals; the questions asked, and the replies posted allow me to think and reflect.
I also like the Resource Bank material.
Worth joining

The HRIC offers a hugely valuable resource which far outweighs the cost - a vast number of templates, regular online q and a sessions, updates on significant legislation changes, Daniel is just the best and his team are superb, if you are in HR or employment law, it is a must have.

HR Inner Circle - the Place to Start
HR Inner Circle, whether via the website support or through the HR Inner Circle Facebook service, is usually where I turn to first if I want advice or to do some research. Daniel, Jennie and the team are effective, efficient and welcoming. My only regret is not always having the time to attend the virtual group meets. Long may they continue!
The HR Inner Circle is such a good…
Such a good resource for independent HR consultants. You get so much for your membership. The closed Facebook group is invaluable as is the twice monthly "Ask an employer lawyer anything!" sessions.

Highly recommended
The HR Inner Circle is a wonderful community of like-minded HR professionals led exceptionally well by Barrister Daniel Barnett and his team. From the regular Q&A sessions during which any member can ask an Employment law question; to the 'Member Huddles' where complex problems are discussed in more detail; and Annual conferences detailing Employment law updates, you can always find the answers you need or simply a range of experienced opinions on a difficult case!
I have been a member for 5 years and would highly recommend it. Thank you to Daniel and the team.

An Essential Resource and Supportive Community for HR Professionals
The HR Inner Circle is an excellent resource and source of expertise and support, whether you're an in-house professional or an independent consultant. The monthly HRIC magazine is top-quality, covering timely and relevant topics, alongside Q&As, online webinars, and training events led by outstanding speakers and employment law experts.
It was an absolute God-send during the pandemic, going above and beyond to support members through a difficult time with practical and effective resources to navigate the challenges.
The annual conferences are a particular highlight, offering fantastic networking opportunities, insightful member spotlight sessions, brilliant speakers, and engaging topics. The Facebook community is also a treasure trove of support and advice from knowledgeable, experienced professionals.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for comprehensive HR expertise and a supportive community!
I recommend HR Inner Circle
I have had membership of the HR Inner Circle for many years. During this time I have found the advice offered and taken up extremely helpful together with the booklets.
I would recommend all HR professionals especially those that are self employed to join up.
An invaluable resource!
I joined the HR Inner Circle in 2020, right in the midst of Covid, and it has been an invaluable resource ever since. It has saved me so much time and money, and kept me fully informed and up to speed, at a time when I was working as a standalone HRD. Daniel Barnett and his team are absolutely on it, all of the time. I have found the Facebook group a great source of support and learning, and also took part in Daniel’s Getting Redundancy Right course, Virtual Employment Law Academy, and bought the policy suite. Whether you are accessing the resources, and groups included in the HR Inner Circle subscription, or taking advantage of the additional services at a discounted price, you’ll get great value and feel the benefit.

I would be lost without it
I first found the HR Inner Circle during 2020. It was about a month before lockdown. The HR and employment law world had a flood new rules and regulations that were changing, literally on a daily basis. Daniel Barnett provided written guidance on all the changes, as they occurred. He did this in a written briefing and later in a follow-up webinar or podcast. It was invaluable, in particular he dissected and explained the 'Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme', which created the furlough procedure and dealt with the issue facing employers at the time.
When I joined I received a generous package of incentives and the price I paid for my membership will not change, the price point remains until I leave.
In the last four years I’ve engaged with a number of his products associated with the Inner Circle, some at an extra cost, many not. There are webinars and Q&A sessions and as part of my subscription I receive the monthly magazine. In 2022 I enrolled in the first Virtual Employment Law Academy course, and whilst I work in employment law, this was a superb course, I realised how much my knowledge needed refreshing and dusting off.
I also bought into his package of Getting Redundancy Right.
When you read this you might think to yourself that there is a lot of information that you need to remember at some point in the future, with Daniel Barnett’s packages all of the videos are available forever along with the transcripts that go with those videos and the transcripts from Q&A session sessions and much more.
Daniel has an engaging and comfortable style of teaching, it is clearly dealt with and never hurried. It also isn't geared to one side of the employment divide, more than the other, it is balanced and fair.
If there is an employment law equivalent of a child in a sweet shop, it’s the HR Inner circle

HR Inner Circle
The HR Inner Circle is a must for any HR professional or Employment Lawyer who wants up to date, relevant, highly digestible employment law and HR practice content. It really is like having an extra team member. The value from the regular sessions - with Barristers, SME’s and fellow IC members was clear from the very start and access to Daniel is regular and timely, with comment on new legislation and solutions to problems. I cannot recommend it enough.

Simply excellent value better than anything else out there
Simply excellent value!
Incredibly useful tool for senior HR professionals and inhouse employment lawyers. The insights shared by Daniel Barnett, Darren Newman and other guests are great, as are the conferences, templates and other 'hacks' on offer to members. The additional programmes which are heavily discounted for members are huge timesavers - and the big USP is how they are expertly written in simple, plain English for non HR/Legal professionals to understand - which is a skill I will never master.
Being a member of the HRIC is an absolute must!

My experience of the HRIC
The HRIC is an invaluable resource for any HR professional, whether working for a company or as a self employed consultant. The advice, support and professional updating from the HRIC team is second to none, as is the opportunity to share experience with all members of the HRIC community group.

I have been a member of the HR Inner Circle for a couple of years now and have found it to be a great resource. The magazine which is issued monthly is fantastic and contains interesting information and is a great read. The Vault contains lots of supportive tools including audio recordings covering relative information for current issues, including holiday pay for example. There are templates and digital copies of the magazine which are very useful. I also really enjoy the Facebook group, there are some fantastic members who have helped when I needed it. I have been provided with some great advice and recommendations for professionals to work with to get the best results. I would highly recommend the HR Inner Circle.
