Previously, I was with another provider and received no tutor support or guidance for 8 months despite several attempts to communicate. After significant delays in communication, I shifted myself out from them. I joined HRC and completed my Level 5 within 1 year.

Team HRC has done 100% justice to my commitment. James's analogies were fun, simple and easy to apply to real life. My coach, Andrea was never pushy. Just kind and understanding 100%. I have been working in HR for over 13 years now and I've been looking for an online CIPD qualification provider for quite some time. I found myself put off by the offerings of many providers with their sales tactics as well as reviews and discussions online about the support and format offered. I was on the verge of giving up again until I stumbled upon someone's recommendation for HRC Online on Reddit. With a new glimmer of hope I found their website and signed up for the 14 day free trial.
This free trial gives you access to one module and enables you to see how they actually work. My confidence increased at their transparency and so I signed up to the full CIPD Level 5 course.
I have only recently started so I can't comment on how the assessment feedback works. But they pack each module with lots of resources, including bitesize videos, links to podcasts and articles, and discussion areas (they're a bit quiet but hey we're all pretty busy working in HR).
I can see that a lot of consideration has been put into the company and how they present their training, and how they views their students. I am also self-funding so it's a big deal to put that level of trust into something. If you're unsure about which provider to go with then take up the free trial offer and see for yourself.

I’m almost half way through CIPD L5 with HRC Online and their approach with the bitesized learning is second to none. I originally started with another well known provider before stumbling across James’ videos on YouTube when the lack of direction I’d been given caused me to hunt around on google for some support. Fortunately, I was still in the cool off period and could easily switch to HRC. I have since found everything I needed within bitesize and the learning environment, I get clear direction and super fast responses from the tutors on the rare occasions that I need to reach out. Additionally, marking always comes back within 2 weeks and has full written feedback per AC regardless if it scores low or high. I would highly recommend HRC to anyone considering a CIPD qualification.

I wanted to gain my Level 5 HR qualification and deciding to go with HRC Online was a no brainer! They have lived up to everything they say they do, the support i have received from their advisors is unmatched, they actually care about getting you through the course and cheer you on along the way! Emails are always answered in good time and i have had a really positive experience with this learning provider. (I would absolutely recommend)

I recently completed my CIPD Level 5 with HRC Online, I started in October and have just submitted my last assignment this week. Overall, the process was super easy to follow all steps, with useful links and guides. The feedback on the assignments is very helpful and clear. Both tutors Andrea and Rebekah were very helpful and supportive providing clear steps and guidance however they are very limited to the amount of information which they can give you regarding assignments which at times I did feel this was a slight barrier to me understanding certain questions, unfortunately this is no fault of theirs and just the rules to prevent answering the question for you I assume. If I choose to complete my Level 8 I will certainly be choosing HRC.

I am not studying with HRC (I wish I was) I came across their videos on YouTube and subscribed so I now can use their videos as support through my course and I found they make a huge difference. They answer a lot of questions I had before and more importantly raise a lot of points I hadn’t considered. Would definitely recommend this company as the support is unlike the others I looked into. Just received my feedback from Andrea to say I have passed my first module, I'm over the moon. The feedback is structured and clear to help me improve on my other modules. Rebekah has been a great support too, supporting me with learning plans and on hand to answer any questions I had. I started this course once before with another provider who just left me to it with no guidance, needless to say I wasted a lot of money and time and didn't submit any assignments! I'm really happy so far with the course content, CIPD bitesize videos are great and the portal is easy to use, thank you HRC!

Just received my first unit back and received a pass!

I initially started my CIPD studies three(ish) years ago with a different provider and really didnt gel with how the content was delivered.

W/ HRC i find the content is delivered in a way that is easy to digest (thanks James) . I found the support calls brilliant even if i just needed to ask the obvious Rebekah has been lovely, kind and engaging. Andrea has also be super helpful and supportive.

All this to say, the content so far is brilliant and u are not made to feel like "just another learner" i feel like my learning is as important to the HRC team as it is to me :)

It gets easier with each module! I picked the fast route for my L5 as I had plenty of time between jobs and was committed to spending 3 hours every evening to my readings and questions. Staff at HRCO were very receptive and helpful. Rebekah was my main support who answered all my questions and provided advice, and Andrea provided encouraging feedback after each submission. After the first two modules, I was on a roll. As a learner, you would have to be very disciplined. I took approximately a 4 week break in between as I had family visiting but all in all, I took about 2-3 weeks on average per unit and completed everything in just under six months. Bearing in mind I would spend sometimes all day on a weekend, and 7pm-11pm on a weekday night. The resources were aplenty and James' Bitesize videos really helped break down the question and by the third unit, I was confident in doing it myself. I referred once, but was given great guidance on how to rectify my mistake (it really depends on who marks your paper and how strict they are) but I had a few high passes too. When I finished my last assignment, I felt so empty! I would go with HRCO for my L7 if they would push it out in the next two years!

HRC online is great at you can go at your own pace with all of the support and feedback needed. Rebekah was supportive every step of the way and it couldn't be more appreciated. Studying whilst working full time seemed impossible at some points but with HRC and Rebekah's help I have completed by CIPD level 5. The bitesize videos from James are fantastic. The whole team are brilliant.

My experience with HRC Online has been outstanding. The learning materials, particularly the Bitesize videos, clearly outlined expectations and provided excellent guidance for structuring and completing assignments. The tutor support was both prompt and insightful, whether via email or online calls.

I enrolled in the Express course and found it to be excellent value for money. By dedicating time to daily study, I was able to complete the CIPD Level 5 qualification in just four months.

I took up the Express plan with HRC for my CIPD L5 certification and must say, the overall experience was a smooth one.

Over the course of 4 months (Aug-Nov) I was able to complete the course and am currently awaiting final results.

Throughout this period, Andrea, Rebekah and James have been very supportive, helping me progress at the pace I had set out for myself. There is no question that was deemed silly and no effort that they spared to ensure that I went through this program with the support I needed.

The learning content on the platform is solid and frequently updated to reflect changes in market trends and the practice. For those who will join moving forward, the Bitesize videos will provide you with sufficient guidance to writing a well-rounded answer.

For folks who look to take up the Express plan - it's 100% possible for this to be an economic decision. Taking out 1.5-2hrs per assessment criteria on a daily basis will allow you to complete 2 modules in a month and you can wrap up the certification in 4-5 months (subject to successfully passing each module).
