Really really bad customer service…
Really really bad customer service although for European customers.
Got a link to check my order. Took a while to get to Belgium, I find that normal. The update said that my order was with Belgium customs. It took more then 3 weeks before there was an update that it was sorted and on the way to my door.
On the update site from Australian post it says they ALWAYS deliver the goods. Then the update said it was back to Bpost (belgium postal service). Then the update said they were going to send it back to the sender, wtf 1 missed delivery???
Send 3 mails via the contact form on the website.
First they sended me the tracking site from australian post, yeah thanks as if thats new for me. My 2nd mail with the order sended back to australia, no reply.
3th mail, no reply. They are not replying to my mails.
My order was in februari and they do not reply or send another package.
This sucks and feels like a scam.
If you are from europe do not order from this website.
