Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite providing the required technical information and drawings back in April, they failed to forward them to the council for over four months — with no valid explanation. As a result, our project was delayed significantly, causing serious disruption and financial loss both for us and our client.
What’s even more frustrating is that the exact same drawing, submitted directly by us in August, was approved by the council within just one day — confirming that the delay was entirely avoidable.
This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is unacceptable in a professional setting. We expected accountability and clear communication — neither of which were delivered.
I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
