Weeks later, it hasn’t arrived and now I don’t need it

Ironic they’d nudge me for a review the day after I alerted them I wanted to cancel my weeks-old order because it was for a Halloween costume and they haven’t even shipped it yet. Today is Halloween. I ordered with enough time, based on the posted information when I placed the order. Their reply yesterday dish my align with that and they said they’re unable to cancel the order despite it being useless now.

It says 7-10 business days to be delivered. It should of been here days ago It was needed for today and it still isn't even picked up to go out for delivery. Terrible

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a single shirt from the company on October 20th, and the item hasn’t even shipped to the U.S. and it’s 10 days later. I read there warning about shipping times being long but it didn’t say it would take more than 1-3 days for manufacturing and 3-7 days to ship. Considering it’s now the 30th I do not think I will be getting my shirt in the 10 day interval.

The timeline was too long

The timeline was too long. Ordered on the 20th, with what I believed to be enough time to get to me by Halloween. However it's already the 30th and the item is still overseas. I won't be purchasing again.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to write a note to the company and explain a change I was requesting to an item purchased. Their response was fast, professional and willing to make the requested changes. I found the purchased items exactly as I wanted and received them timely. I will buy from them again.

Awesome Sweatshirts

My wife and I got custom sweatshirts with each of us and our cat hanging out of our new Grand Cherokee. The shirts came out beyond our expectations. We couldn't wait to show them off to our friends. Thanks Hozzify for a great product.

Ambivalent, mostly meh

For the most part- the sweatshirts and pants I bought looked like the photos. My biggest complaint is that for the price - I expected the sizing to be more accurate (runs much, much smaller than expected even based on the sizing chart) and the stitching front and back was off by at least an inch or two. It’s not terrible (and based on some of the reviews I’d read, I thought it might be), but it wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t even call it good. It’s a mediocre passable. But it arrived when it was supposed to, and we didn’t have any real issues otherwise. So worth the money? Meh. Worth the hassle of trying to send back? Also meh. I won’t lose any sleep over it, but I probably won’t make any future purchases either.
