It charged us for two nights parking when we have never stayed overnight. We dropped off and didn’t stay then came back two days later!
We have responded to the charge.

Despite having a parking permit, they keep charging me, Support is diabolical, and simple questions about which VRNs they have for my account can not be answered, A shambles form day 1.

Used for the first time today and not impressed. I don’t want to use autopay because if I sell the car, I don’t want to pay for parking for someone else because I forgot to cancel.
You can only pay on the website (no app needed apparently!). The website is poor. You have to manually add card information each time you parkand it’s not compatible with browsers that can put this in for you. No support for Apple or Google pay for quick convenience either.
No App that would be quick and convenient to store different vehicles and perhaps payment information.
What were Festival Place thinking using a company stuck in the past.
They do have payment machines but they are not any improvement.
I hope they improve things soon

I would give zero stars if possible!
Beware!!
Received notification of a car (previously owned several years ago) parking up at a location 163 miles away whilst I was at work.
I contacted hozah to close any active open accounts that I had (in case I still had them open) and have still received another notification saying same vehicle, same location has now exited and I will receive a charge for the parking session.
If using this company use with caution and close account if not regularly using, or selling vehicle on.
It would be useful hozah to ensure vehicle users sign in to their account and accept your vehicle registration auto recognition before sending out notifications and possibly charging the wrong people. I know there will be more vulnerable users than myself that will be caught out by this.

Hozah has falsely claimed PCN. I had even contacted them to confirm that payment had been correctly taken and their response (when it eventually arrived) amounted to "wait and see".
Challenges to this process were largely ignored or met with a request to follow their own claims process, even though they were aware that (due to no fault of my own) the time limit for issue of complaint had long since passed. The business model appears to be simply based around issuing unwarranted demands and escalating threats following that point.
I ended up having to actually discover the identity of the owner of the car park and progress with them.

Parked at a Car Park run by Hozah. Returned to the car park and went to their machine. Entered my registration and it was not recognised. Asked by the machine to enter how long I thought I have been parked. I did so and paid the requested amount and left the car park.
Two weeks later and I get a PCN stating I left without paying. Contacted Hozah and they state I have to lodge an appeal with the enforcement firm. Why should I be appealing a PCN which is clearly an issue with Hozah. Why am I now liable for £100 even though I paid ?
Looking at the review for the Car Park in question and Hozah, quite a few people have had the same issue and the appeal is rejected instantly and they end paying the fine plus the original fee to Hozah. Lovely little business.
UPDATE: In reply to Hozah's response, I have been in contact with Hozah support regarding this. As I mentioned in the above review. You have admitted that your payment machine was at fault. I given you detailed information on the issue and proof of payment, however I keep getting back from you that you are a 'payment firm only' and I have to appeal the PCN with the enforcement company. This whole PCN is down to a fault with your payment machine not with 'Non-Payment' as the PCN states. Hozah support is polite but refuses to correct your error. Considering your own website claims that your systems fix known industry issues with faulty payment machines, it's a bit embarrassing for you to be having the exact issues you claim to solve. All of this doesn't fix the fact that I have been issued a PCN based on a failure of your systems.

Terrible experience with Hozah Ltd, in particular Clive Stafford. My grandfather had an accident in the carpark knocking over an electricity box, which was placed right at the entrance in a carpark, that is littered with pot holes. Yes he admitted liability and we have decided to settle out with insurance.
I was lied to twice by Clive Stafford,.
Firstly we were given a quote over the phone for roughly £500(He even listed the exact amounts for majority of the replacement parts), fair enough so insurance claim was cancelled, this has now risen to £2,160
Secondly they were going to get a quote and no work was to be carried out until this was sorted, work started the next day without us getting any quote. He claimed it was essential it was sorted, fair enough, I should have been made aware of this.
I've asked to speak with someone that has a bit of authority at the company and doesn't lie to you over the phone consistently, Clive was very pleasant to begin with but has since threatened me with involving the police if we do not pay by end of today.
If someone at Hozah that actually cares about their customers wishes to contact me please do.

I had an issue with my work Car-parking, which is now managed by Hozah. I raised a concern and a query and they replied in a timely manner and resolved the issue. Great Customer Service!

I used Hozah for the first time at a car park near Hertfordshire Sports Village. The registration process was very simple, and the system itself is convenient — no need to worry about paying manually or overstaying.
However, one thing I felt could be improved is the lack of real-time confirmation when entering the car park. Although I did receive an invoice the next day with entry and exit times clearly shown, it would be much more reassuring to get a notification at the moment the vehicle is recorded entering and leaving. This would help users better plan their departure time and be confident that everything is working correctly.
Overall, it's a great service that makes parking hassle-free. Just a small tweak could make it even better.

Dangerous! I’m receiving emails about being unable to charge my card registered to my boyfriend’s old car that was sold over 1 year ago! Auto charging in this way shouldn’t be possible. If the card was still valid I’d be scammed by this company, and needing to spend time & effort to justify their error. I never committed to continuous automatic parking charge at any point of using a car park!

I am a business owner at The Glass Yard Chesterfield, so am used to how Hozah works.
Very frustrated with their website & poor customer feedback.
All I want to do is see all the vehicles under my account - so they can be manged.
Customer service is poor - & even when referred to account manager - contact is very poor.

Terrible. I was parked in a public Newcastle carpark run by the Council which charges £4 and Hozah promptly charged me £15 alleging that I was a customer of a nearby hotel. They are now refusing to reimburse the difference. DO NOT USE THIS APP, pay the parking fee directly instead.
Also telling that they have a huge number of 5 star reviews spanning a few days in March (company generated ?) whilst the rest are almost entirely 1 star. AVOID.

I parked in St Ann's car park in Newcastle city centre for a little under 90 mins. Signage in the car park clearly stated £1.50 per hour on a weekday, with instructions on how to register for autopay via the Hozer website. I registered with my bank details and have a confirmation email of my entrance and exit times of the car park. I expected a charge of £3 however I have been charged £15.10. I have requested a refund of the overcharge and this has initially been refused and I am unsure why when it seems it should have been straightforward. I have sent another request via the support team and hope they are more helpful.
I can see from this site that another customer had a similar experience at the same car park recently, so I know it is not just me that has been misled by the Hozah autopay system.
In addition, luckily a passer by in the car park told me not to pay on the machines on exiting (where I was checking the cost of my stay, £3) if I was registered with Hozer because they had been charged twice before and were refused a refund, due to two systems being used in the same car park which is confusing. I confirmed this by the Hozer website before I left as I was worried about getting a fine with the different systems being confusing. Thought thankfully I have done the correct thing and it should be straightforward, and I have still ended up being overcharged for some unknown reason. Very disappointed by this experience and likely to avoid any other car parks with Hozer signs in future.

I am utterly disgusted with the way Hozah handles their car parking system. Let this be a huge warning to anyone using it: do NOT rely on their camera system to pick up your car registration – even if it looks like it's working. I paid for my parking in good faith, but because the cameras failed to detect my car properly and I input a slightly incorrect reg (easy mistake with those tiny on-screen keyboards), I’ve now been hit with a £170 fine!
Yes, I paid. No, they don’t care. They’ve refused to acknowledge the payment because of the minor reg error, and now they’ve passed the fine on to collectors. I’m refusing to pay again out of principle – I will not pay twice for parking I already paid for!
The whole system is misleading, and there’s zero accountability. They’re happy to take your money and then still slap you with a fine. Customer service is useless – no help, no understanding, no resolution.
DO NOT trust their automatic systems. Manually check every detail or risk getting ripped off like I did. Absolutely appalling experience. Never again

Despite googling the parking situation at a shopping mall in Livingston, Scotland, and being informed that up to two hours was free, this company still issued me with a £100 fine for being there 34 minutes! If online info is incorrect or out of date, then that isn't the problem of the customer. Also ridiculous is the fact that they have no contact phone number and the neighbouring (better) car park are having to take all the bad reviews for this one, despite it being a totally different company. If they have signage in the actual car park then it must be tiny because I didn't see anything as I drove in. I just spoke to someone on the phone who sounded exasperated with all the complaints they get about this. Also, do a quick google of the Almondvale Retail Park Carpark, and read those reviews; every one has 1 star. These ones are clearly written by paid actors or bots. I will wait and see if my charge is removed, and then consider removing this review. Until then it will be staying here.

Hozah autopay will automatically take payments even when you haven't agreed to an extended use. I signed up for convenience in a single carpark, but they then took this as agreement to use their service for eternity. This resulted in a double charge at a carpark where a hotel had discounted carparking - there is no option for switching autopay off, or even a way of knowing that they are going to do this.
