No more queuing up
I can honestly say switching to automated vehicle registration plate makes it so easy and less stressful than queuing up to pay for your ticket,just drive in and drive out and they bill you within a week...been doing this since mid 2025..and not changing back.

Once you have registered on the site it is so easy to park. Just rock up, park and go. Cheaper than the council car parks too.

I was given a ticket for parking my car yet I wasn't supposed to be given. …
I was given a ticket for parking my car BP11KZG on the 19 of October 2025, I responded to Hozah with a parking receipt to show that I paid and I got a message that they take time to respond, that was on the 9th of January. Upto today the 20th of January I haven't received any response. You really wonder what next could be done. You can't even find any of their contact numbers. I am not happy at all.

Simple and straightforward …
I have used Hozah for many years and the process is simple. On a wet and windy day, it is a joy to be able to park and move quickly into the shelter of my local shopping centre while others have to queue outside in the rain at the pay station. My only criticism is that Hozah do not publish a list of Hozah enabled carparks.

Since I switched over to the auto pay
Since I switched over to the auto pay, it has been so much easier and more efficient than standing around in lineup to pay and wondering how much I have to pay. It’s all done automatically good job done.

Hozah is my favourite parking App
Hozah is my favourite parking App. Once you have set up your account, your car is recognised by ANPR on entering and leaving the car park, and your debit card is automatically charged a few days later. No more worrying about mobile coverage or queuing at some complicated machine. I wish all car parks were run by Hozah!

Great idea... Not dependable
This only worked once for me, and the experience of not worrying about coins or ticketing the windscreen was brilliant. However, Hozah stopped their operation of the car park and told no one. No signs, nothing.
Next thing I know is a £60.00 fine through my letterbox.
Just pay and display - at least you know you're covered

Good location with poor standards
Car park is unclean and stairs stick of urine.
Wouldn't entertain using the lift as it's like a bin in there

Right to have receipt from them
I paid by cash the amount asked for by parking pay point
Gave my email for a receipt as one only sent via email
Got letter saying have not paid
With a fine
Contacted them with letter /emails
Still sent a fine this stressed me out as I paid tried to contact no phone is to be contacted on
I have taken advice been told
I have a right to see receipt
Not to be bullied into paying
